  When I was with Photoshop Elements 6, I was able to download a file named pselements_6_help.pdf , which was a manual good enough help for PSE6.  He had much more information was available in the help documents online that you are going to when you click on Photoshop elements help on the Help menu, and it's searchable.  I was unable to locate a similar document for Photoshop Elements 7.  Such a document is available, and if so, how do you get?

  In my case, I was able to update without this message when the update has been published. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10, installed PSE14 and uninstalled PSE13. I have reinstall PSE13 some time after and now I can't update to 13.1... Not a big deal for me, but the issue is not resolved.

  James, if it came with the machine and you are not registered, then you can't get it from the dealer where you purchased the machine. PSE 8 is now end of life and we have limited resources for the same thing, make sure you check the system requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements if you try to install it on a new machine.

  If you want to upgrade to the latest version, you can check: photo editor, change the images. Adobe Photoshop Elements 13

  This last update ACR to Photoshop elements 13 seems to be published 8.7.1 in December.

  In the meantime the ACR 8.8 and ACR 9.0 were released, but obviously not for Photoshop Elements.

  Anyone have any idea if there will be more updates on day of ACR for PSE or not?
