Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, but why am I given only 30 days trial?
I got creative cloud through my school, so I should have full access to all my Adobe apps (ie: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign). I had to clean my laptop and everything has been removed. After connecting to Adobe and download creative cloud again, I found that I was able to install the tests of 30 days instead of the full product.
I already made contact with my school and they took contact with Adobe apparently, but there is nothing that anyone could do. Maybe I did something wrong? If anyone here knows how to solve this problem, I need to know as soon as POSSIBLE.

I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and I see an active subscription on it.

* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.

Please follow the steps below and try again:
Mac-
1 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
2. Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
3-go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change that to ANYWHERE (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
Win-
1 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
2. Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
If it still fails, Veuileez follow the cleaning steps to manually remove the creative cloud of your machine, set out below:
MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > Adobe installer > uninstall Adobe Creative cloud (if problems uninstall Trash)
3-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > (delete these two folders - creative cloud Adobe and Adobe Application Manager)
4. then run the cleanup tool to remove the clouds creative and Adobe Application Manager (if it remains in the machine)
5 right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
6. you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

7. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater so trash

CC seems to be very weird about Lightroom. The subscription of the CC (and the PS - CC subscription) include LR, and it sometimes appears in the list of applications. However, if you have installed or updated other than through CC (i.e., installed direct download, installed a beta or update of in LR), CC does not recognize as being installed or available. In some of these cases, LR installs without problem, take your credentials of the CC. In other cases, LR has said that it is only a trial and requires a serial number. You have to maybe uninstall LR, close CC (logout) and then remove the file opm.db from the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE directory. You can't find this file with a search, and the directory is hidden, so you'll have to type out. Once you have removed opm.db, you can restart cc and it will search the applications installed and (probably) to display the appropriate information.
