• Can we change/oam/server/auth_cred_submit action URL?

  Hi all

  We conduct authentication CDC in 11g R2 PS2 environment. We wanted to change the action URL to not use/oam/server/auth_cred_submit by default, use a specific URL custom say rather/sso/login/auth_submit.

  I tried to change the action URL in the DCC login page and tested. When I submit creds, is again show login page. I also configured the proxy to the DCC web server to redirect to/oam/server/auth_cred_submit if incoming url is/sso/login/auth_submit but no luck.

  Any help is very appreciated.

  Yes it is possible

  Step 1 Add action = / sso/login/auth_submit as a parameter in the CDC to challenge authentication scheme

  Step 2 create OAM policy to protect the URL/sso/login/auth_submit.

  Step 3 change login action url of the form/sso/login/auth_submit connection

• form action =? If javascript is attached (page load script, no 'submit' button)

  I know there is a better way, more secure from the creation of a simple 'log-in' page, but we are not yet connected to a server and therefore cannot use the security methods on the server side... It works for now and really meets our needs - it takes only a log-in to separate a part of the site of the other, and there is nothing important to really protect. If someone wants to view the source code to find a way to consult our 'employee' section, they can: we have nothing to hide there.

  If this seems to be the method the simple BUT I get a validation error when I do not add a form action, and if I add an action, it seems to override the javascript. Basically, the said script only if the user name and pw are correct, send them to the page "_". any help?

  Also, when I press the 'enter' key after typing in name of user/pw, it does nothing, since there is no form action. I have to actually click the button...

• two form actions

  Hello once again. I did a search and found a thread where someone else asked if it was possible to have two form actions, but the person who answered said no it's impossible, it's just that they have.
  
  I think I need to have two actions, unless someone can tell me how to say my formmail also send the results to a processor of ASP form on a different Web site.
  
  Basically, my company has started using a senior management program on the web, and they want results to go, as well as the emails we get now. the site uses ASP to process the form, and they provide the url, that you need to validate, you need to format hidden fields that tell what counts for the validation of.
  
  It seems that the simplest solution would be to have two actions on the form, but so far, that doesn't seem to be possible, and I wonder if someone has done it before and can tell me how it's done.

  You have access to the server on which one of these treatment
  applications reside? You have the ability to customize the code
  or the other?

  The usual way to proceed would be to send the form to the script a, which has then
  send the results to script b.

• Form a URL in pl/sql

  I have a requirement where we need to build a URL in PL/SQL within Apex, users can click on and open a page. How this has been done, it is that the url and some additional settings are stored in a lookup table. Its been done through a java interface and works very well.

  for example the page_url = http://someUrl.com

  If sql would be something like

  Now, when the java UI opens this page, it replaces all type the: & "< /a > with %3 and other characters etc.» My question was since I need to simply select these three values in a table, concatenate them and my url is formed, how to form the url, because the ", / / etc don't be converted, as is the case with java code.» Do I need to use some kind of function?

  Is there a way to access the reports (in the form of URL) without entering credentials. One of my clients try to use a url and a store on Oracle workspace and reports he wants to put them there. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  If this does not work then change the password 'Test' and then try once.

• Is there a way to change all the variables of the form variables URLs?

  Is it possible to change or copy all the variables in the url, so they have a scope limited as variables of form with a single statement?

  I'm not 100% sure that you can add to the scope of the form like that in all versions of the CF.

  If not, you can work with a thrid variable that you incorperate both form and url variables in.  It is a common technique in the fuse box, I think.

• Can I use php include as a form action?

  I have a form with a button "submit" as usual. Do I want to do, on the presentation, to include a page that contains the variable in a list box that will become a session variable. I need to open on the same page as opposed to a separate page. Is there a way I can set the form action to include this file in the form? Is it possible that I can have the control over the location where the included file displayed in the home page?

  The form is in itself?  In other words, where is the script that will process the form data?

  If that's the page itself, then you can certainly have this script to set the value of a variable and test it in the form, the variable to see if it is set - if it is, then include the file you want.  In other words:

  If the form is submitted then the SUBMIT value = true

  ...

  ...

  If SUBMIT = true then include file

• Cannot open reports in the form of url using web.show_document

  Hi experts,

  I'm trying to access the oracle forms to oracle reports. port 9001 turn my forms and my report has been set up in port 9002.

  While trying to open the report using web.show_document (), the web page opens with the port 9001 and returns a 404 error. But when I change the port number 9002 in the url it opens the report sucessfully.

• Present form PDF URL data without submit button

  Our customers use LiveCycle Designer to design PDF Forms. We have an ASP.Net Web form application, where they want us to embed the PDF form part of our data-entry form. The registration form has a button 'save'. And we want to save the entry of all entries in form (including the PDF form) in the click on the button Save.

  The client PC will adobe reader is installed, so I guess we can integrate the PDF form easily. I know form PDF can have the "submit" button and can send data (XML) to a URL. But the client does not want to place a button to send separate in the PDF file as the registration form has a Save"" button.

  Do you have any suggestions? If I post in the wrong place or a question already answered, I sincerely apologize and please guide me.

  You may be able to use the FormBridge to communicate between the PDF and HTML form. I've not used it before, so I can't provide details.

  I need allow students to click on a smart form for only four times and each time sporting an audio to them, and then in the last attempt, show them a picture (which is invisible) + with another set of audio.

  Please see the image as an attachment.

  Apparently Captivate does not support this.

  You can build this interaction using a user custom variable to track the number of times where the user has clicked the smart shape and a conditional Action that checks if the variable user before playing the audio.

  It would look like this:

  IF MyClickCountVariable is less than 3

  THEN

  Play the first audio file

  Increment, MyClickCountVariable (or if you're not on Cp7 you can use Expression: MyClickCountVariable = MyClickCountVariable + 1 to increment)

  ON THE OTHER

  Read other audio file

  Display image

  As when the user clicks on the button for the first two times he will play audio and increments the counter, on the third try he will read a different audio file and show the image, but not to increment the variable.

  I use an empty attribute "action" in forms much, because it seems that the way most convenient reloading of the page even when a form is sent. But he dislikes the validation service (not with HTML5 pages anyway). What is the best way to avoid it?

  Delete the action attribute of the form fully or insert a sharp # between the quotation marks.

• Why Thunderbird 38.1 suddenly treat the addresses of the list in the form of individual addresses, &amp; dismiss them because they are not in the form user@url?

  When you try to send a message to a group set up in my address book, I get an error message [group name < updated the group description >] is not an email address valid because it is not the form user@host. You need to correct before sending the e-mail message. Thunderbird has apparently taken the description section and tried to treat it as an email address. In doing so, it changes the description of and the original format [names, name2, name 3] (with the exception of the hooks) of [< name >, name2, "name 3" >].

  The list of mail has worked with no problems until today.

  Zenos. thanks for the suggestion. Although he did not provide a direct solution, he pointed me a. Being reluctant to try to re-enter an address book with more than 1,000 entries, I saved the book and replaced by a backup copy of a computer when I heard the e-mail function worked as desired. I had the same problem.
  I tried to export the book to save what I could at least and ran into problems, I discovered since came from trying to export "all address books.
  Then, I opened a copy of AB. File MAB in Quattro Pro, where I noted PS split the description section of the list of mail problem in separate cells, from commas in this description. I went back to the address book, removed commas from the description, and my group e-mail went out as gently as might be desired.
  I would note that commas have been this likely description for 15 years or more and only now has caused a problem. I guess that's due to some changes in Thunderbird was last updated. Would be nice if we got warnings about this kind of change.
  Answer to my problem: remove the commas from the description in the properties of the list.

• Several buttons in the same FORM action

  I read the previous posts, but the solutions it didn't prove to be successful.  So go again us.

  I have a form called from a module called menu.cfm.  In this form, I have three buttons: reset, continue, and return to the main Menu.

  Reset and continue work correctly; I can't come back to the main menu, or menu.cfm.
