Hello guys, I have a problem:

-to fit the landscape of size 1280 x 768. I usually create applications with a resolution of 768 x 1280 but if I have my phone, landscape position all components does not not for the landscape. How to adapt the component positions 768 x 1280 and 1280 x 768?

Thanks before

• PDF with portrait and Landscape Orientation act differently between pages

Hello

I have problem when I try to have an orientation landscape in a PDF document with another page in portrait.

All I want to do is have a small page that shows the instructions on the form because it is a generator of form, once the form is created by the user, the landscape page becomes hidden.

My problem here is that when I put a masterpage in landscape mode it makes it different to switch between pages.

I see more than 1 page at a time, just as it cannot show a landscape and portrait together on the screen.

I have another form of landscape and portrait together and it works fine, but this form is not normal... There must be something that I am missing...

It's annoying that I can't have more than one page on the screen, once I hit the bottom or top of the page it will automatically switch to the other page.

Please help me on this, I'm trying to figure out what is the cause of this bug...

Hello

I didn't use the form builder, but you still have a view state, try adding the following line in the form docReady event

event.target.viewState = {pageViewLayoutMode:2};

This has the same effect as setting to activate the scrollbars on the view... Menu page display.

A value of 1 would give you unique page view.

• As a brochure using Word on a PC and a printer 8620

My calendar is done with a Word template, which puts each month on a page in the form of landscape. Today, I replaced my printer HP with HP 8620.

With the old printer (HP 7510), by selecting "a pamphlet", I objected January February, so that by a notch dispenses I could put the page in my Franklin Planner. Turning of the pages was always correct to top. The 'booklet' option works with Adobe, but not Word (on the printer).

How to back this ability for both types of file?

Hi nephron.

Thank you for your answer!

A couple more options for you to try:

Check out this guide to papers in Word 2010.

If this does not resolve the problem, then proceed to Uninstall, clean restartand re - install using the printer HP install wizard for Windows.

Hope this solves the problem for you and have a nice day!

Hello

Problem on Mac, form with fields to fill out. Fill in the text in the form field ok, after enter the text appears in the wrong (not a problem in windows) orientation. Any ideas?

Thank you very much

I checked on a MacPro running Acrobat Pro 9.1.2 and all is well in shape. Text is common sense and tab fields in the correct order.

• I know not how it happened, but my screen and icons returned to a style of portrait. How can I get that back to her former landscape format?

My screen turned to the right so that it becomes impossible to use correctly. Maybe, I did something when I was working with my photos?

Can you help me?

Press Ctrl & Alt keys and use the arrows to rotate back.

According to the graphics card on your computer, these can be alternatives.

• Pages of the printed document & portrait or landscape

I have a Pages document that seems confused about its portrait/landscape format. It looks like landscape on the screen (that's what I want), but it prints to the portrait, cut pieces. If I look at the document formatting, portrait mode is ticked (checked)!

If I change the formatting for the landscape, the document is changed to resemble portrait.

Any ideas of what could be the cause? Or what I could do to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Pages Version 5.6.1

OS X El Capitan 10.11.1

Portrait/landscape is an orientation in the printer dialog box not a form.

Portrait is the right feed. The landscape is turned by 90 °.

You can have a wide portrait and a narrow landscape.

Just get agree with your format paper and how it feeds into the printer. Check the configuration of the printing paper size is actually higher than it is wide.

Seems like you should have a set of size A4/Letter mode top landscape (rotation).

There are mistakes occasional in the printer drivers with the latest versions of Mac OS x. try to download the latest driver for your printer and see if that solves it.

• LaserJet P1102: do not print landscape

It is surely not normal... I just said my new P1102 cannot print landscape.

I have not heard this kind of thing being said since about 1987 Symphony finally worked out how to print spreadsheets in format landscape.

Surely this is not right?

Can peope really even printers that can't print landscape?

My problem is this, my old HP printer died recently, so I bought this new, the P1102. Worked great until I tried to print the Excel calendar in the landscape. Just wouldn't do, just do print portrait regardless of what I tried to change the settings.

Try printing landscape in other software too, but only ever printed portrait.

Can someone either help me solve this oooooor (gulp...) confirm that this new printer can not print landscape.

I am astounded that there are always done printers that can't print landscape... say it isn't so... Please...

Incredible... I answer to my own problem of forum here as Support HP were unable to help me.

My original problem was that I couldn't print any form on my new Laserjet P1102 landscape software.

I called and they told me that P1102 'n' print landscape.

I was stunned.

Then the guy said that he was jumping on my computer to see if there was anything he could do, he did, and then confirmed my printer CANNOT print landscape.

Confused I checked then a colleague who also has a P1102 (where my purchase) who say that he has no problem printing landscape at all.

What the...

I then noticed something... in my list of printers and devices, the new P1102 was referenced as follows:-

XPS HP Professional Laserjet P1102...

What is XPS......? ! My colleagues didn't say that.

So I uninstalled the printer and re-installed. Now works fine and prints landscape most certainly!

No idea what is XPS or why he was there, I do not, my printer now works fine, but HOW ON EARTH, a HP technical support guys can say this printer does not print landscape is beyond me. Easy to miss the XPS thing perhaps, but I can't imagine there was a printer cannot print landscape for 30 years so why he said that I have no idea.

Thus, no faith in the team of support here, I'm afraid. Google has more help.

E - less for HP, see the teacher!

• Does anyone know how to include a slider widget in Adobe form?

E.g. full-page cursor width included between 0 and 100.

I have a number of forms created with questionnaires for patients answer. A common question asks the patient to assess, intensity of pain on a line horizontal or vertical with end i.e. markers

'No pain' at one end and "the worst imaginable pain" at the other end. The "worst imaginable pain" out 100 with increments of 1/100 would be great and 'no pain' returns zero. I would like to have a widget that I could play with (change the text, use landscape mode or portrait, change color, etc.) to replace my simple 11 key radio button object that emits only an integer from 0 to 10.

There are available in available javascript widgets, but I'm not skilled enough to carry to a form of Adobe. Does anyone know how I could do this please? Are there examples out there that people know that I could use?

Any help would be appreciated. I am a novice in javascript, but how to add scripts in the properties to calculate and action of the fields.

Thank you

Mark L

Here is a link to a simple demo file: Dropbox - horitonal_scale_demo_1.pdf

The scale is part of the ordinary page, not the button content, but you can place as to a play button only under the button used to clicking on the icon of the button. See the mouse script to the top of the button to see how it works. This could be changed so that setting the value of text field also defines the position of the point on the scale, which is what I would normally do but I wanted to keep the demo simple. This would allow you to reset the form and the indicator properly defined, for example, or set the value programmatically or when import form data. You can replace the red dot in the icon of the button with little matter the type of indicator that you want to use.

• Form fields to paste on the new form: pasted fields are resized and rotated.

Form fields to paste on the new form: pasted fields
are resized and turned.

It started just past this week. I created fields on an expense
form of report and some fields have calculations. The form is current
updated, but I want to use the same fields on the new PDF to maintain the
calculations.

When I copy the forms of the old PDF and paste to the new PDF, fields
have been squashed horizontally and vertically elongated.

The original PDF is set up in the landscape and therefore the new PDF.

I checked the properties of the fields, and they show a 270 rotation or text
in the field. But nothing I try turn the fields at their own
orientation.

Has anyone else seen elsewhere?

Yes, this happens when the rotation of the source and target documents page is not the same.

It is not really a good solution to this problem at the present time, except to re-create one of the files after not rotating, or to re - create the fields.

• Version for phones (full screen, slideshow) only displays in landscape mode...

The desktop version and tablet appear to work well now. The version of office always worked perfectly from the start, but the tablet version would show two text boxes and rather small logo, and then the image will load and only zooooooom seemingly in every century. A very weird thing to see when it is not at all what I intended to do. This problem has been resolved by disabling "sticky footer" in the page properties for both mobile and versions of table of the site.

However...

The mobile version is built to perfectly display in portrait mode, but appears only in mode landscape for text elements and logo are tiny portrait for the design of the website looks pretty terrible.

It's just a page of temporary destination for one of my clients that changes the direction of his start-up company, isn't a criticism site. I'd appreciate it again any help I can get to make the mobile

working version in its ideal form.

Is there a way to lock users into see a mobile version of the site in only portrait mode?

I just need to take this box white semi transparent for body copy and drag a bit on the edges of the layout?

• How use a html form for 'GET' to send does not send an id of anchorage as well as other form variables?

I have a 'GET' html which form the user Select a business category, Province and city to search for SQL database which is then displayed using Php code. The page url is http://www.yellowpagescr.com and is landscaped with Dreamweaver CC 2014, checkerboard to fluid. On larger screens, everything works and I am satisfied with the results. With smartphones, the search results page is down several screens and the user doesn't see any change in the screen after a search. I added a < a name = "search results" title = "Search results" id = "search results" > < /a > tag so that when the user performs a search, it would go directly to the results of research.

Is there a way to enter the #searchresults tag so the search results will open in the correct place on the page? Any hel or examples would be appreciated.

I just solved it myself.

Added to the anchor tag to the

method http://www.yellowpagescr.com/index1.php#searchresults"="get">

In addition, to mark the location of anchor, I use the tag:

• Horizontal definition in the page from Portrait to landscape orientation.

"Adobe Acrobat XI.

I have a PDF file with pages 11 x 17-inch in the middle of several standards of 8.5 x 11 pages portrait in landscape mode. When copy paste form fields, the 8.5 x 11 pages in the same PDF file, it auto turn fields on 11 x 17 pages assuming that they are on the side of resources, when in fact they are not. Even things like organize fields horizontally/vertically are reversed on the 11 x 17 pages.

I tried turning & retrieval and their don't change separately or no effect.

I have more than 100 items and fields on each page. Resizing, repositioning, and adjust the settings for each field are too tedious. There must be there to adjust settings so that pages in landscape as horizontal 6 & 7 of my PDF read.

How to adjust the setting while she reads the pages 11 x 17 landscape as horizontal? If horizontal cannot be resolved then how prevents fields to turn when I have in front of them?

What I propose is not usually recommended. I would on the copies. If you have bookmarks and others on 11 X 17 pages, they will be lost. Try first on only one of the 11 X 17 pages.

1. print this page for a new PDF (don't forget he has the correct orientation in the printing process and do not turn after the fact).

2. use replace pages to insert the new page in the original location.

Who can solve the problem. For some reason, Acrobat retains the original orientation info and seems to link the form fields to this orientation. This extra step can redefine the orientation for you, but I'm not sure. The worth a try anyway, and it might give you a solution to your problem.

• Different layouts to Portrait/Landscape page & other general issues

Hello

I am writing an iPad App on any Flex experience. I have some knowledge of previous Actionscript, although my experience is in web development or Win Forms Applications. I think that, above all, I just need to get my head in the right place, so I have a few questions.

1. different layouts for the States of Portrait/Landscape

I really do not seem to understand the "States", so I don't know if they have what I want to use or not, but I've been struggling with this for a while.

I want a label on the page that says "your device is in Portrait Mode" etc. However, when you rotate the device, it will change to 'your device is in Landscape Mode.

The purpose of this is so I have completely different layouts (changing all values of text alignment etc.) for each mode.

2. different "Pages" / views ".

Another thing that seems just a foreign concept to me, but it is also common in Windows phone development.

I have a collection of buttons/links/w and when I click on one I want that he take me to another page with text.

Thank you for any assistance in these areas.

• How to get the landscape

Hi, hoping that this is a simple answer. I have a form that contains 7 pages the first 6 are portrait, but I want the seventh to be landscape. How do I get there? For now, I created a second master page that is the landscape, but cannot see how to assign a page inserted in design mode. I'm currently building a little form on the master page, as I can't do what I want.

Hello

Select page 7, then go to object > range of paging. Here, you can specify to place this page on a Master Page.

Hope that helps,

Niall

• How to have more than 20 columns in a table in the form of adobe?

I see that there is limitaion of not having more than 20 columns in my table in the form of adobe, is it possible that I can have more than 20 columns in a table in the form of adobe in landscape mode.

Hello

Which applies only to the Table Wizard. Once the table is placed on the page, you can add columns manually in the menu or by right-clicking a column.

You can also use fields in a repeating subform (rather than the object of the table).

Good luck

Niall
