  This feature is not available with the edition of in the browser. but you can change the e-mail address of the site admin dashboard.

  If your site is hosted with BC, you can find options as below:

  To change the "E-mail" field, go to:

  Site manager > Web Forms > click on the form name > e-mail Notification

  To change the "E-mail" field, go to:

  Site manager > system email > set default ' origin' Email

  I have problems with a contact form of Muse in a plesk (windows) Godaddy hosting account. It is not send. It is as if the input image verification is not valid.

  I tried BusinessCatalyst and it works fine. I also tried a similar form on another site hosted on c-Panel (linux) to Godaddy and it works as well.

• Form of synchronization on muse with LISTSERV via Business Catalyst.

  Hi all

  So I created a simple newsletter form in Muse and was going to an e-mail address.  The form has been built/designed/spiky Muse

  When the form is complete, we can see who has submitted the form in Business Catalyst on feeding activity.

  Now, I need to have these emails on a mailing list.   I know I need to create a mailing list in Business Catalyst and it generates the form via html and I can include in my page, but this means that I must lose my form style that has been the design of Muse.

  It is anyway I can have either sync my form created in Muse with the mailing list or integrate my form that is created through Bussiness catalyst and then have it resemble the shape that was created in Muse

  Any help would be appreciated.

  I just found another way that is much easier. Shout out to Karim Ardalan of aidbc (.) com. I have been informed that if you create the form in Business Catalyst and use at least once, she will keep Muse to remove BC whenever you load the site of Muse. Great and fast workaround solution. Would have saved me hours if I had known earlier.

• Error with the form of Muse's 'Thank You' page

  Hi Mike, we are aware of this bug and would be set in one of our next release.

  For now, I suggest to manually enter the URL of the thank you page in the field after such sending indicated below to /phone/thank-you.html in your case and re - publish.

  Make sure that you update the formatting if you never change the file name of page thank you.

• Problem with the order of focus of keyboard on the form of Muse (UPDATE)

  Hello.

  I used the standard form of Muse on a Web site. Everything works fine, except for the order of keyboard focus.

  I mean, it's after a name entry, you press TAB and you go on the field of the e-mail. That's ok. BUT, when you press TAB once again, it will not in the message field. He goes to the button send and then starts to go through the links in the navigation bar and only after all of them it goes on the message field.

  I suspect that my form is not align vertically (and shot the message field to the right) Muse is just after a vertical order. As there is nothing under the email field, it goes back to the navigation bar (which is fixed at the top and has interactive elements / links) and then again to find the message field.

  I think the image as an attachment can explain this better. The URL is Bytezone - Digital goods better to do besides.

  Is the cause of the order of the fields in the form, or is there a way for me to control the order of keyboard somehow focus?

  UPDATE - I just realized that the FIRST element to focus on the use of the TAB key is the message, then the name and e-mail (which is weird). How can I solve this?

  Muse assigns values to index tab in a 'left to right', then order "top to bottom". Then tab order should follow the same regardless of the creation of fields or placement in design mode.

  I don't know with the built in forms of Muse (there may be Muse widgets - worth a search). You have no good options.

  -Use an email of generic sales and then set rules/filters in the mail client to pass to the right person. I highly recommend this option that you can use your favorite CRM software, which will be much more powerful and flexible (like change if someone is on vacation/shift special specific queries from one to the other) that no matter which of the rules you're trying and hard-code on your site/server. If you are a very small free operation, there are number of browser extensions common email clients and services that are well worth a glance.

  -Google html forms and find one that does what you want. Copy the html code and insert extract html code in the Muse page by using the insert html feature. It will probably come with a backend script like php script which you should empty the directory appropriate to your server (google/check documentation where you get your form).

Once downloaded to the host (Network Solutions) have discovered that the form works (i.e., don't get an error message that the form is not filed), but never got an email from the submission (tried to many e-mail different addresses and none). Have loaded the same form on another site that I also run hosted by Network Solutions and it works perfectly. Any suggestions on why this is happening and how can I make it work on the original site.

  I created two sites with Muse and organized them both on the same hosting service. One of the sites (reddoorbrasil.com.br) gives me a PHP error when I try to use the regular form of Muse, but the others (bytezone.com.br) works very well.

  After talking with my host, they explained to me that the Bytezone server has PHP version 5.3.28; Meanwhile, Red Door has PHP 5.5.13.

  So my question is: can the new version PHP be the cause of the PHP error on my contact form of Muse?

  I can confirm the same behavior on a newlly Server installed with php 5.5.30.

  PHP is configured correctly, MUSE uses an old method of sending mail, which, on servers secured properly (mail service) is disabled.

  all mail messages must be sent using an authenticated mail box.

  Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

  I used the widget of the standard contact form in Muse for a client on their website for a few months now. I currently have this set up on one of their pages where the form then performs a redirect to a confirmation page - allowing the visitor to download a PDF once to reach this page. Unfortunately, tU its does not enter a wrong email address in the form and management always to access the confirmation page.

  Therefore, the client asked that the email address that is entered in the form by the visitor sends an e-mail customized to that address, with a clickable link to the PDF download.

  This confirmation email is possible within the Muse? I really hope that I don't want to go back to square one with their online form.

  Unfortunately we can not control human spammers with incorrect email addresses. Autoresponders send the bidder with pdf link to download is possible if you use BC accommodation as BC includes this feature, but if the site is transferred to a third party then you should customize this or use third party forms.

• Forms Adobe Muse and GoDaddy

  Did someone come up with a solution to the ongoing problem between Forms Adobe Muse and GoDaddy hosting? I just spent an hour with GoDaddy and they said everything on their end was working. It was a script problem. I can't get all the answers from Adobe or GoDaddy.

  I posted this on another thread.  I hope that your issue has been resolved now and that you will not need to read this.  Whatever it is, it was my simple solution.

  There is an easy solution if you use hosting of GoDaddy and you use a hosted non-GoDaddy email address to receive forms.  Just a warning, this only works if you use GoDaddy Web hosting and forms of the Muse.  This isn't a problem with Muse for as long as it is a setting that needs to be adjusted on all that the host you are using.

  1. Place the shape in the Muse. Make sure to add the correct settings, that is, the e-mail address that will receive the forms.
  2. Next step is to navigate to your cPanel on GoDaddy.  This is where you manage your web hosting.
  3. On the main page of cPanel, scroll up to where it says ": Email".
  4. Click on "MX", which is located just below the 'accounts '.  This is the mail server setting.  By default, GoDaddy assume you are using a GoDaddy mail account.
  5. Make sure "Remote mail server" is checked on and that "Local mail server" is turned off.
  6. Your form should now be functional.

  The problem with the forms of the Muse and GoDaddy is that GoDaddy assumes that you will welcome your emails via GoDaddy.  If you have configured an e-mail address for your shape in the Muse that isn't an e-mail address hosted GoDaddy, GoDaddy and then do not accept by default. You must give permission to GoDaddy to send a form to what GoDaddy considers that an email "at a distance".

  I hope this works for anyone who has struggled with form when using of Muse forms that are hosted on GoDaddy servers.
