  Someone stole my iPhone girls 6, which is a device on my account but I can't see device in the list on "find my phone".

  It is not possible for anyone to enter your iCloud and turn it off unless you have your password Apple ID. It is possible that they sent you a phishing email that looked like it came from Apple in order to trick you into clicking on a link in the email which redirects you to a site that looks like Apple.
