Formatting HD due to the damage from hacker, Re-installing win. 7

The Windows 7 installed without problem.  Now, I don't know if I need to use my backup and restore disks in addition to the Windows OS.  Backup an restore disks were made when the current win. 7 has been installed... replaced the HD a year ago.

You need to get rid of the pirate programs, disable network cards, could not get on the internet at all and still can not. Get the new wifi network and expansion card... do not know if I need to install the backups... anyone knows?

  • Satellite P840 - impossible to restore the image of the system from 8.1 to win

    I have laptop Toshiba P840 accompanying windows 8.0.
    I created backups of DVD and USB

    After upgrade to 8.1 windows and backup images, I had a software problem and had to go back to a previous return in windows 8.1.

    Restore from the external HARD drive fails due to driver incompatibilities.
    Technical support advise to restore windows 8.0 and then switch again to windows 8.1
    Is there a better way to restore the windows 8.1 image?

    Is it possible to fill the boot usb (from windows 8 as the original) to 8.1 windows drivers?
    I am unable to create boot usb with windows 8.1 as the partition of hard drive has windows 8.0

    Thank you

    Modification of the original recovery image is not possible then I agree with technical support. For your new and clean OS installation should be the basic recovery image so install it again and then do the update for new Win8.1.

    Everything you can do in the future is to create the own Win8.1, but for this recovery image, you use some third-party software of the part.

  • What is the easiest & fastest way to install Win XP on Satellite P200-14U

    This computer came today and was shipped with preinstalled Vista. I use XP Pro, so for now I install XP Pro. But I guess, that all drivers for graphics card, etc. etc is removed during the installation of XP.

    What is the easier and faster to install these drivers - going XP Pro do this automatically?

    Another thing is that I deleted (by mistake) the small partition that was to be used to reinstall the Vista installation. Is it possible to remind this partition (t.ex. with Partition magic), because the data are not erased (or is it?). Or maybe it will be totally erased when installing XP?

    Hello

    Yes, all drivers will be removed. You need to download the XP drivers for this machine on this site:

    http://209.167.114.38/support/download/ln_byModel.asp (Toshiba of Canada limited - drivers and downloads)

    No, XP will not install automatically, you will need to do. But you worry it s a piece of cake, Don t.

    Regarding your question of Vista: no s is not possible. Data are deleted because you deleted the partition table that describes where the data is located. Without it, all data is lost.
    I hope that I can help you

  • How can I extract the msi from exe to install drive?

    Usually, when I want to extract the msi file from the distribution of exe (for Group Policy) installation drive, I download from get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise and decompress the exe file using 7zip.   Then I integrate the msp inside file and I'm pretty much good to go.

    Now, when I try to extract the msi file, I get a directory full of stuff, but no msi at all.  I tried the installer and watch in C:\users\username\AppData (it works for Java), but it wasn't there.

    No idea what I am doing wrong? Or y at - it a new way to extract the msi file that I missed?

  • Cannot download the App from creative cloud for Win 7 portable

    Hi - I was able to download and install the application creative cloud on my desktop (Win 7), where it replaced Adobe Application Manager and seems to work ok.

    Then I tried to download and install the application on my laptop from https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud by clicking on the download button. It starts with Adobe Application Manager that lists all applications installed or available to install with the exception of the creative cloud app!

    How to install creative cloud app? Is there a direct link, that circumvents the MAO?

    Thank you

    Dave

    Hi Dave,.

    Please rename the folder to C:\Program Files (x 86) PDApp \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp whatever it is for example "-PDApp'." Now restart your browser and install new cloud creative https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloudapp. It will now install Creative Cloud App for your laptop.

    Please let us know if you need help.

  • What happens to my all the updates, if I Re install Win 7 new

    After 3 years, I found that the supporter of Windows 7 (70 GB) is full in my hard drive, can be due to many UPDATES all these years. Because I don't know how to free up space on this drive, I decided to re - install Windows 7 again. In this case, what happens to all my received UPDATES earlier. Do I have to download all the UPDATES again? Help, please

    Yes, you will need to submit a new application of updates after reinstall. However some later updates are in fact replaced by later that the results can be more effective. I also download and manually apply service packs on new construction as allows me to apply the setting "nobackup.

    On the last one I made after that the SPs, I had a little less than 100 updates to apply to the wide then came running clean disk with the option to clean the system files to delete history of update files.

    guys I used Windows 8 for 2 months and using my wireless too, but yesterday I turned on my pc and my active Wi - Fi button, but it does not show me anything, that is to say that my Wi - Fi is disabled.

    Help, please

    WIN8 is not always supported, and it is not easy to help with these issues, in particular with specific to Toshiba and utility tools that control the F keys.

    Which Wi - Fi button as you talk? Mechanical WLAN switch or key combination FN + F8 that you must use to toggle WLAN card?

  • Unknow new device after the bios update and to install win 7 pro to the T400

    Hi all!

    My laptop: T400 2767-2JU. After the most recent update of the bios version (3.09) and own to install all the drivers in the Lenovo Site, I found an unknown device: Simple PCI communications controller. I don't think it's Thinkpad Modem, because, before updating the bios, the system does not have it.

    Someone help

    PS: Sorry for my English . Where to post the link to the image? All the drivers are installed

    I've seen it suggested that this (lists of mine such as serial Port PCI) device is Intel AMT / series on local network service.  Not useful for users and some utilities normally hides.

    If there is no solution, maybe someone knows a solution? We chose to use the format indexed due to the size of the data / performance reasons.

    You have found a bug in the platform, filed against the project to-online http://javafx-jira.kenai.com to your sample code and a link to this forum question.
    Byte indexed pixel formats seem like a feature never completely (or maybe even any) implemented for me.

    The PixelFormat type uses your unsuccessful case is (PixelFormat.Type.BYTE_INDEXED):

    PixelFormat byteIndexedFormat = PixelFormat.createByteIndexedInstance(colorPalette);
    System.out.println(byteIndexedFormat.getType());

    Here are the valid PixelFormat types =>
    http://docs.Oracle.com/JavaFX/2/API/JavaFX/scene/image/PixelFormat.type.html

    BYTE_BGRA
    The pixels are stored in adjacent bytes with the non-premultiplied components stored in order of increasing index: blue, green, red, alpha.
    BYTE_BGRA_PRE
    The pixels are stored in adjacent bytes with the premultiplied components stored in order of increasing index: blue, green, red, alpha.
    BYTE_INDEXED
    The pixel colors are referenced by byte indices stored in the pixel array, with the byte interpreted as an unsigned index into a list of colors provided by the PixelFormat object.
    BYTE_RGB
    The opaque pixels are stored in adjacent bytes with the color components stored in order of increasing index: red, green, blue.
    INT_ARGB
    The pixels are stored in 32-bit integers with the non-premultiplied components stored in order, from MSb to LSb: alpha, red, green, blue.
    INT_ARGB_PRE
    The pixels are stored in 32-bit integers with the premultiplied components stored in order, from MSb to LSb: alpha, red, green, blue.

    As for a WritableImage native pixel format is not the same that you use the pixel format, the JavaFX platform needs to do a conversion while reading pixels in a format and write it in another format. To do this, he must be able to determine a PixelGetter for your PixelFormat (the PixelGetter is an internal thing, API not public).

    And here's the source determines the PixelGetter for a given type of PixelFormat:
    http://Hg.OpenJDK.Java.NET/openjfx/8/master/RT/file/06afa65a1aa3/JavaFX-UI-common/src/com/Sun/JavaFX/image/PixelUtils.Java

    119     public static  PixelGetter getGetter(PixelFormat pf) {
    120         switch (pf.getType()) {
    121             case BYTE_BGRA:
    122                 return (PixelGetter) ByteBgra.getter;
    123             case BYTE_BGRA_PRE:
    124                 return (PixelGetter) ByteBgraPre.getter;
    125             case INT_ARGB:
    126                 return (PixelGetter) IntArgb.getter;
    127             case INT_ARGB_PRE:
    128                 return (PixelGetter) IntArgbPre.getter;
    129             case BYTE_RGB:
    130                 return (PixelGetter) ByteRgb.getter;
    131         }
    132         return null;
    133     }

    As you can see, the BYTE_INDEXED format is not supported, and null is returned instead... it is the source of your NullPointerException.

  • Toshiba 40L6353DG - format not supported, trying to play from the NAS

    Hello

    I have a problem with the Smart TV and ZyXEL NSA320S - I find the movie on the NAS without problem, but when I try to read the file, then it goes to/unsupported FILE FORMAT.

    When I copy the file on USB, it goes without problem.

    NAS is JBOD (no other choices were to choose) and I think the TV is confused by the NAS folder structure - but all the files are visible. Another TV (Samsung) sees and reads the files without a problem.

    Thanks for any tip :))

    From my point of few this notification message (no LOAD/FORMAT FILE) appears due to the incorrect file format and is not compatible.

    Take a look at the user manual page * 89: *.

    Hello Anshul230499,

    Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    If a download was interrupted in the Mac App Store, then whenever you have new Internet download should then restart.

    If a download application is interrupted

    Once an Internet connection is restored, your purchased downloads should restart automatically. The Mac App Store may warn you that there is a problem with the download and ask if you want to restart downloads. Confirming will restart all pending downloads.

    Download time may vary according to the size of the file and the speed of your Internet connection. See this article on purchases made on iTunes Store for more information on the time to download large files.

    Troubleshooting the Mac App Store

    Take care.

    Have you had a glance at this startup repair disk?

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.

    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.

    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.

    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

    See you soon.
