    Hi, I have an updated report which hurts...

    This is the SQL code for it:

    Select
    "ITEM_BOM_LINE_ID,"
    "ITEM_BOM_ID,"
    "ITEM_ID",.
    "ID_PROCESSUS,"
    "SEQ,"
    DECODE (ID_PROCESSUS, NULL, QUANTITY, ") AMOUNT.
    DECODE (ID_processus, NULL, UOM_CODE, ") uom_code,.
    "VOLTAGE_PROBE,"
    'POSITION ',.
    "POS."
    "DESCRIPTION".
    of ' #OWNER # '. " TOFC_ITEM_BOM_LINES ".
    where "ITEM_BOM_ID" =: P20_ITEM_BOM_ID

    In that select it the ID_processus or the item_id is defined. Cannot assign at the same time.

    The description field is what hurt. When I run the page and try to write something in the description field on a line where ID_processus is defined this error appears:

    Internal error in the routine mru: ORA-20001: error in MRU: line = 1, ORA-20001: ORA-20001: current version of the data in the database has changed since the user has launched the process of update. current checksum = "B54E29267EC18630B58818FF4B710D41" element = '925466414031BD2DE082A6F954889340' checksum., update of "trailers". "" TOFC_ITEM_BOM_LINES ""ITEM_BOM_LINE_ID"= value: b1, 'ITEM_BOM_ID' =: b2, 'ITEM_ID' =: b3, 'ID_processus' =: b4,"SEQ"=: b5, 'QUANTITY' =: b6, 'UOM_CODE' =: b7, 'DESCRIPTION' =: b8

    It works fine when I write something in the description field on a line where item_id is not null. Also all other fields work perfectly.

    Can someone tell me whats wrong?

    Thanks :)

    Hello

    After a re-read of your OP, I noticed that
    DECODE (ID_PROCESSUS, NULL, QUANTITY, ") AMOUNT.
    DECODE (ID_processus, NULL, UOM_CODE, ") uom_code,.
    in your query.
    And it breaks when ID_processus is NOT NULL (and ITEM_ID is null), isn't?
    That's because you change (sort of) the QUANTITY and the UOM_CODE when that happens. Your query retrieves different values than those contained in the database (for example "instead of the actual value). And these 'new' values are compared with the values of database and then there is a difference. Where the error.

    But now: how to solve?
    What exactly are you trying to achieve with this construction? Is there a business rule that AMOUNT and UOM_CODE must be blank if ID_processus is not null? To add a constraint validation to your table and just show the values in your table. Or to show or hide a value of the terms of use. Or use another (made) column in your query that is not bound to a database field.

    I hope this helps...

  • Current version of the data in the database has changed since the user initiated the update process.

    Hello

    I get this error message: when I update a table.

    • Current version of the data in the database has changed since the user initiated the update process. version of current line identifier = "4975F66067C6EE412FF51DF46B8C4916" line application version identifier = "31163419BE48C198DE88A34AD12FE4D2".

    I get this message when a process is used to run an update on the same table.

    BEGIN

    RUN IMMEDIATELY "UPDATE CONTRATS_MAINTENANCE SET EMAIL_SENDED = 0 WHERE ID =: 1' WITH THE HELP OF: P27_ID;"

    END;

    There is an automated line (DML) process process on the table on this page.

    I understand that I get this error message because I update the database EMAIL_SENDED in the same table column and tha the automated process line try to update the same table...

    On this page, I want to the column EMAIL_SENDED always has the value 0 (zero). It is a database column

    How to do?

    Thank you for your help.

    Christian

    If you try to make it through a normal form. So in this case email_sended is getting two values one of your FORM and one of your update statement.

    To resolve this problem, you can code in hard EMAIL_SENDED point the value '0' and keep only the database column.

    If the whenver update you will automatically take the value 0.

    Another solution would be to remove this column from your FORM and then update by creating a process after submit.

  • Current version of the data in the database has changed since the user has launched the process of update: tabular

    Hi people

    Version of the apex is 4.2

    Oracle database: 11.2.0.2

    I have created a simple form in a table on a table with the following structure

    {code}

    Name                                                  Null?    Type

    ----------------------------------------------------- -------- --------------

    TID NOT NULL NUMBER

    TEAM_NAME VARCHAR2 (30)

    EMP_NAME VARCHAR2 (30)

    DATE OF REPORT_DATE

    CATEGORY_NAME VARCHAR2 (30)

    NUMBER OF CATEGORY_HR

    CATEGORY_COMMENT VARCHAR2 (120)

    CREATED_DT                                                     DATE

    CREATED_BY VARCHAR2 (30)

    STATUS VARCHAR2 (1)

    {code}

    In the form of default table is

    {code}

    Select

    TID,

    TID TID_DISPLAY,

    TEAM_NAME,

    EMP_NAME,

    REPORT_DATE,

    CATEGORY_NAME,

    CATEGORY_HR,

    CATEGORY_COMMENT,

    CREATED_DT,

    CREATED_BY

    of ' #OWNER # '. " TIMESHEET.

    {code}

    I wanted to add an additional line inserted in the tabular presentation, that's why I included 'UNION ALL' in the query like this

    {code}

    Union of all the

    Select

    TID, null,

    tid_display null,

    team_name null,

    emp_name null,

    report_date null,

    category_name null,

    category_hr null,

    category_comment null,

    created_dt null,

    created_by null

    of the double

    {code}

    After having done that, I can see a blank line on the form of tables, but each time I fill data in the fields and press the "SUBMIT" button, I get the below error

    Current version of the data in the database has changed since the user has launched the process of update

    Thank you

    Navneet

    Why are you insert an extra line manually in tabular from?  There is a feature to add a line.

    If you want to insert a blank line when the page loads, then create dynamic action, this is a most appropriate feature.

    If you manually insert an extra line so that you have to write the update for this procedure.

    Leave.

  • OEM may not happen to the database after changing the port on the database

    Hello OEM gurus!

    I had to change the port on a database(11g) from 1521 to 1526. I adjusted the listeners to include the SID (finapp1t) in the listener listening on the port of 1526. I removed the SID of the OEM (10g btw) and rediscovered. He has rediscovered success.

    Now, I get the following when I try to enter in the "spaces" or "tables" on the page of database FINAPP1T:

    Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener knows not currently SID given in connect descriptor is used by the client connect descriptor: (description = (address = (host = urora2t.unioncentral.com)(protocol=tcp) (port = 1521)) (connect_data = (sid = finapp1t) (server = dedicated)))

    I started then clean the Agent on the server, but I get the same results.

    OEM seems to think that this FINAPP1T of the database always uses port 1521. I can connect to the database on port 1526 to my office so I know that the listener see this database.

    How can I say OEM update port?

    Thanks for your help!

    For some reason that I could reduce it to the format mask on the expenditures column, which has been

    999G999G999G999G990D00PR

    When I changed it to

    999G999G999G999G990D00

    everything magically started working.

    For people wondering about the PR:

    PR

    9999PR

    Returns negative value in .

    Returns the positive value with a beginning and end empty.

    Restriction: The PR format item can only appear in the last position of a model number format.

    Documents: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14200/sql_elements004.htm

    I'm not sure why this particular mask causes. Because checksums are generated, I ran this sql to take a guess:

    select
    DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT.md5 (input => UTL_RAW.cast_to_raw(exp1)) md5_val1,
    DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT.md5 (input => UTL_RAW.cast_to_raw(exp2)) md5_val2,

    expenses exp1,
    to_char(expenses,'999G999G999G990D00PR') exp2
    from invoice_details
    ) a

    which produces this output.

    MD5_VAL1 MD5_VAL2 MD5_VAL1_1 MD5_VAL2_2

    My original db name was PROD2, and now it became PROD1. I want to rename the PROD1, PROD2 in dbname.

    I googled and found DBNEWID utility.

    This process is correct?

    ===========

    Only change the name of the database

    The following steps describe how to change the name of the database without changing the DBID.

    1. Ensure that you have a recoverable full backup.
    2. Make sure that the target database is mounted but is not open, and it was to stop systematically before mounting. For example:
      SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE STARTUP MOUNT
    3. Call the command line utility, specify a user validates with the SYSDBA privilege (you will be asked a password). You must specify both the DBNAME and SETNAME parameters. This example changes the name of test_db :
      % nid TARGET=SYS DBNAME=test_db SETNAME=YES

      DBNEWID performs validations in the headers of the control files (not the data files) before attempting I/O files. If the validation is successful, then DBNEWID prompts, changes the name of data base in control files, the database stops and leaves. Here is an example of what the output for this would look like:

      . . . Control Files in database: /oracle/TEST_DB/data/cf1.dbf /oracle/TEST_DB/data/cf2.dbf  The following datafiles are offline clean: /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_61.dbf (23) /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_62.dbf (24) /oracle/TEST_DB/data/temp3.dbf (3) These files must be writable by this utility.  The following datafiles are read-only: /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_51.dbf (15) /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_52.dbf (16) /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_53.dbf (22) These files must be writable by this utility.  Changing database name from PROD to TEST_DB Control File /oracle/TEST_DB/data/cf1.dbf - modified Control File /oracle/TEST_DB/data/cf2.dbf - modified Datafile /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_01.dbf - wrote new name Datafile /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_ax1.dbf - wrote new name Datafile /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_02.dbf - wrote new name Datafile /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_11.dbf - wrote new name Datafile /oracle/TEST_DB/data/tbs_12.dbf - wrote new name Datafile /oracle/TEST_DB/data/temp1.dbf - wrote new name Control File /oracle/TEST_DB/data/cf1.dbf - wrote new name Control File /oracle/TEST_DB/data/cf2.dbf - wrote new name Instance shut down  Database name changed to TEST_DB. Modify parameter file and generate a new password file before restarting. Successfully changed database name. DBNEWID - Completed successfully.

      If validation is not successful, then DBNEWID ends and leaves the database intact target. You can open the database, fix the error, and then resume the DBNEWID operation or continue to use the database without changing the name of the database. (For an example of what looks like the output for an unsuccessful validation, see step 3 of "changing the DBID and database name").

    4. Define the DB_NAME initialization parameter in the settings file to initialize (PFILE) to the new database name is . Note: The DBNEWID utility does not change the server settings file ( SPFILE ). Therefore, if you use SPFILE to start your Oracle database, then you must recreate the settings file to boot from the server settings file, delete the file from the server settings, change it DB_NAME in the initialization parameter file and then recreate the server settings file.
    5. Create a new password file.
    6. Start the database and resume normal use. For example:
      STARTUP

      Because you have changed only the name of the database and not the database ID, it is not necessary to use the RESETLOGS option when you open the database. This means that all previous backups are still usable.

    @rename_logfiles.lst

    until the SNA 144390584718.

    restore the database;

    switch datafile;

    recover the database

    }

    Questions-

    -Restore completed successfully, but I found that few archives are missing.

    -I pulled from database to recover until cancel using backup controlfile; There is a below error

    ORA-01152: 1 no file has been restored from a sufficiently old backup

    ORA-01110: data file 1: ' / u02/oradata/testsystem01.dbf'

    -Then tried to restore the archive of available backup archive and few of archives have been restored.

    i.e. of sequence between 759529 and 759552.

    And then I pulled the database until cancel using backup controlfile recovery and I got errors below.

    SQL > restore database using backup controlfile until cancel;

    You can not ignore the archivelogs.

    If the archivelogs are not available, you need a database backup that was created after missing the last archivelog point.

  • How the portal is mapped in the schema of the database database?

    How the portal is mapped to the schema of the database selected in the user profile of portal to the database? It is my understanding that each user connects to the database as a 'Portal' that is configured by default in the dad under PlsqlDatabaseUsername. How the database schema selected in the portal user profile come into play?

    Thanks in advance for your help:
    Aimee

    Oracle Portal users are not defined in the database. They are defined as inputs in your LDAP server (Oracle Internet Directory) below the tree defined as a basis for research of the users in the Oracle Portal:

    Portal generator > Administration > global settings > tab: SSO/OID

    Therefore, there is no mapping between users defined in Oracle Internet Directory and the users defined in your database.

    To connect to the database, Oracle Portal uses the authentication of the Proxy (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/java.111/b31224/proxya.htm). Connections are made mainly by the user PORTAL_PUBLIC (who is often mentioned as part of the database schema in the user properties). The schema of database in the portal user profile defines the schema that is used to perform the procedures in the database of Portal metadata repository. Theoretically, you can use a different schema than Oracle Portal, but I have not seen all cases where this has been helpful.

    Thank you
    EJ
