  You probably bought an iPhone stolen 6. Mine was stolen in Barcelona in Spain on June 10 by a pick-pocket. Fortunately, there is absolutely nothing you can do to make an iPhone locked to the activation of the work.  You have a paper weight.

  iPhones have a proximity sensor which is supposed to automatically turn off the screen when you hold it in your face. If this is not the case you can take the phone and have it checked.

  The problem that I am running is that when on a call FaceTime Audio, regularly call FaceTime or a regular phone call, my microphone seems to be cutting out and sounding very scrambled according to several appellants, when a speaker.   I'm having the same problem only the exact opposite. Callers can hear me well on speaker, but not on phone normal ear mode. I tried with case and without breakage. Question has been lived with more than one caller.

  How do you know that all is well with the volume keys? They can work properly (increase or decrease in volume when you press on), but there might be a problem with the hardware with them or the mute button.

  Make an appointment on the Apple store and bring the phone to be checked.

  You can do it.  Simply press the power button a times to cut the ring/vibrate and twice more to ignore the call.
