I am trying to install an update for my GPS, but its tells me I don't have enough memory, I have a 16 GB machine. I have a lot of photos and music, but I thought that I had downloaded that to iCloud
You are short of memory RAM, or are you referring to the hard disk space?

In the current Mac OS x versions, Apple realized that the FREE RAM is not useful for anything whatsoever. What is needed is "instantly available RAM", and they began to be implemented in a number of ways. Free-ing RAM is no longer applicable.
Some of your RAM may be used by an element called cache. These are copies of files read previously, in the hope that you will need to see again them soon. This RAM is said to be immediately available when an Application makes a request for the new RAM. In addition, little RAM is compressed. If it is referenced, Mac OS X can decompress a lot faster than to a new reading of the disc.
The important point to look at the activity monitor is graphics memory. If it is not green, you may have to look more carefully at how you use your Mac and its RAM. The telltale signs that you need more are using PageOuts or Swap (but these counters start at zero at the start, so if you have worked for days, some will have invariably been used).

If you have used any other processor of professional quality (for example, Microsoft Word), and then just go ahead and use the current culture of free (financially) applications on devices you mention. It will not take too long before you understand point Apple of giving them. No application in the world can open documents Pages but the most recent version.
Free will begin to erode when Pages for Mac forget how to open a perfectly fine document that you saved an hour or two ago. Or you realize you have to press the SHIFT key every time you want a first word in a sentence. Or you can not bind the text boxes to the text layout advanced stream. Or you can't do data merge / e-mail. Table of contents page links or comments will not export to PDF.
Pages is not a clone of Word, and you'll quickly realize that Pages input/export deal with the translation. Open a blank document. Type the letter "A". Export to Word .docx. It will be 494KO in size. Do the same thing in LibreOffice or MS Word and it will be 8 KB.

Backup files using all of my memory on my Macbook Pro
I have a Macbook Pro with 256 GB SSD drive. The default location of Lightroom to store my backup files is in a 'Lightroom' my folder of photos on my hard drive. This folder is to consume 75% of all the memory on my hard drive. What I need to back up all files dated backup, or can I just save backup latest? If I move the folder to my WD 2 TB external drive, Lightroom will be able to find them if necessary? Please help, I am running out of fast memory.

There is no need to keep the old backup, you can keep just two or three more recent.
You can even change the storage location of backup when the backup only and can ask Lightroom to create the backup on the external drive.

MacBook pro 251 GB almost complete with "user"
If storage in flash memory of my Macbook Pro that runs on El Capitan 10.11.4 said I don't have that left 30 GB of storage. I tried to find large files and found that my folder 'User' and more specifically my file has 181,15 GB of data. I went through all my records and none of them add up to that much, not even close. I thought maybe it was the music or photos, but in the 'storage', it is said that 114 GB is taken up by "other".
Can someone help to find which takes a lot of space?

- You can remove the data from your file except for the folder/Home/Library /.
- Visit The FAQ XLab and read the FAQ on the free space on your hard drive.
- See also release space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
- See where my disk space gone?.
- Remember to empty the Recycle Bin to reclaim space.
- Replace the disc with a larger. Check out OWC of readers, tutorials and boxes tools.
- Use OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are.

It is based on the MacBook Pro. You know the specs of that computer. I remember putting memory MacBook Pro in my old MacBook several years ago. There is no guarantee that it will work for your machines without knowing more information.

If the time Capsule currently is the repository for your Time Machine backup it is strongly recommended that your data not be not stored here also. If you store your data on the Time Capsule that will make it difficult, if not impossible for Time Machine clear disk space when he needs to do when space is low. How to connect MacBook Pro Bluetooth?
In my MacBook Pro, it has the BlueTooth device and I would like to use to synchronize with my E71 Nokia with Nokia PC Suite on XP.
However, when I turn directly on Apple BlueTooth USB Host Controller on VMWare, XP cannot connect it as there is no driver.
I installed VMware Tools, but looks like it does not BlueTooth driver. If so, should I then allow VMWare XP install the Apple Blue tooth?

So that the device bluetooth, webcam iSight, IR receiver and card internal memory to your Macbook Pro to work in your comments, you will need to install the boot camp drivers in your virtual machine.
You can find the drivers on your OS X original installation DVD.
After that, you can connect to these devices as if they were of USB devices.
Your virtual machine should not be a boot camp VM for this to work, it's just that the drivers you need must be installed if your VM is a version of boot camp windows.

MacBook Pro. 2 different readings of free memory
My Macbook Pro.10.11.6/ 2012 is a bit slow. It shows also the 2 readings of different storage. Under Macintosh HD icon desktop reads 328,82 GB free. But in the section "about this mac" reads 271 GB free. Difference of 57 GB. It is a bit slow?

It's a big difference, something that I would try would be to repair and check your drive. You can do this by following these steps:
- Restart your MacBook Pro
- When you hear the startup tone, hold down the command + R key until the apple logo appears at the bottom
- A dialog appears, select the Disk utility
- Select your Macintosh hard drive and under the first aid tab, click Repair
- Once the repairs completed, restart your mac

MacBook Pro (2013) turns off unexpectedly, full memory
My macbook pro (2013) Retina has full memory. I want to delete stuff to free up my storage but I can't because there a risk of stuck and close. When he tries to turn it on it shows the apple with the loading bar logo and comes only about 1/4 of the way loaded. It then shows a black screen with a circle with a line through it. My Macbook Pro reboots after a memory leak every two hours
Hey everybody. I'm having a problem with my MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012), where he is recovering in market (usually after gel). In this case only (so far) while using Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 (to date). I also use a Wacom tablet (intuos 4, with latest drivers), drawing, which can also be the culprit.
This happened with Yosemite, so I had upgraded to El Capitan - that does not solve the problem.
I apologize if the problem is with myself! I get that this problem is probably the fault of Wacom, Adobe or myself - I just want to see what you think Mac-heads.
