Free Ride Exetener player

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Player Free Ride games and games that I had downloaded, just to make my computer de-funct.  I repeatedly get the following: fatal error invalid or missing files in the installation directory resources, please reinstall Extender player.  I still have to find this Player Exetender and it messed up all my games from other sites as well.  My computer flashes to black of the screen in the middle of all the games and will load all Ride Free Games with the exception of one, in which he died.  Does anyone have a solution to my situation?  Please, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Method 1:

Restore your computer to a previous state.

Follow the instructions below to restore the operating system to an earlier time.

  1. Click Start, type system restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

  1. In the System Restore dialog box, click Next.
  2. In the list of restore points, click a restore point created at least a week before the current date, and then click Next.

    Note: If you do not find a restore point that is aged for at least a week, select the first point of restoration that is available.

  3. Click Finish.
  4. The computer restarts. The system files and settings are returned to the State they were when the restore point was created.

Method 2:

Run the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to remove references in the registry.

Now, you can go ahead and install the games.

    I think you mean 'Free Ride Games Player' and 'EXEtender Player', which are taken in charge by their manufacturer.  I suggest you only watch on its support page.

    a. open "Task Manager".
    b. Select the processes tab.
    c. search for «GPlayer.exe» process
    d. highlight and click "end task."
    e. now, try the uninstall again.

At the end of the day, I followed several Adobe troubleshooting instructions. I went in confidence and security level sites and I tried to change the setting of medium-high in the Middle, each time the cursor back to medium-high heat. I did several times, then finally managed to download. (I still don't know why, even when the firewall is disabled, I was unable to download previously), I obviously have a lot to learn. It is good to know that there are people out there like yourself, who are willing to help. Thank you.

    I've recently updated to Windows 8 and when I tried to install the PowerDVD 10 supplied with my Bluray player it installed fine but when I tried to play a Bluray it says something about the integrity of the disk or software or something. It is so why I am looking for new software. I tried to look online and most are pay for use as a Blu - ray player from UFUSoft or never heard of so I don't know if I can trust them.

    As much as I know HD-DVD will not be locked to the regions and you will be able to play HD - DVD's purchased in different countries.

    I can confirm that HD - DVD bought in the United States is playable on Qosmio G30 (portable WXP) friends.
