Hello

    Hello

What are sound problems do you have?

I m not 100% sure if it will help but compare the version of the BIOS of your laptop computer with the BIOS which is available on the Toshiba page. If there is a newer version, then try to upgrade. But be sure you use a good BIOS and the right to upgrade procedure.
Incorrect BIOS may cause damage to the Board

  • Re: Need internal speakers for Satellite A105

I have a Satellite A105-S1013 laptop and need to replace the two internal speakers, which are slaughtered. Is there more than one distributor of parts to the United States I can contact?
A Toshiba recommended charge $ 45, plus $10 shipping, which seems a bit much.

    Anyone knows of multiple sources?

I recommend you ask the same question on Toshiba U.S. forum http://laptopforums.toshiba.com/tshb/
Maybe the people of the United States know better where to find spare parts.

By the way: check eBay US. With a little luck you can find speakers out there. I saw that many pieces for Toshiba laptops on eBay and you can get them for a few dollars only.

  • How can I change/turn off the led under the speakers on Satellite P100?

How can I change/turn off the led under the speakers? (in Satellite P100 (PSPA6E))
Now I see the light only in the left side, but when I bought the computer left and right led line lights blue under the speakers.

Gazz's right. It is not possible to switch off the LEDs. If just one LED is on the other must be faulty. Contact the customer Service of your country partner. I'm sure they can disconnect one too if you n t need her.

  • How to turn off the blue lights under the speakers on Satellite P100?

Does anyone know how to turn off the blue lights that lie beneath the speakers on a Satellite P100? They are evil in my sight!

    Hello

You are a lucky man. This is a very new unit and I wish that I would also have one of the new Satellite models. But you know, the money is the key :(
However, I don't think that it is possible to put out these fires.
In my opinion, it is a part of the design of laptops. It seems very futuristically.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello

I hope that you are using the correct version. To use this device, you must use version ConfigFree V5.50.13. I installed this utility several times and I've never seen this message.

Of course, you install your device manually. Please be careful with order facilities. On the download page, you will find instructions for Installations. Check it please this list and do not forget that you have preinstalled the unit with this command.

  • Bad speakers on Satellite C70D-B-10UM

My girlfriend bought me a new laptop of Toshiba C70D-B-10U (my second Toshiba), it's a good laptop outside speakers, they are terrible. I didn't want my first post to be a complaint but, Toshiba cut corners when he put the speakers in this series of laptops.

Or did I not put their right has anyone else had this problem, ideas or solutions thanks.

I think your laptop is only small stereo speakers and the sound is not the best. I have S50 Satellite - B with Harman/kardon speakers, and the sound is really good.

You can try to change the sound options, but if you want to have the best sound quality I'm afraid you need external speakers, the BT speakers perhaps.

    Hello

    I found very interesting news:

Models with integrated Intel 945GM graphics card are delivered without blue LED speakers. One of these is your Satellite P100-227.

Blue LED speakers are registered models shipped with the NVIDIA graphics card.

  • How to connect external speakers to Satellite A100-451

    Hello

I have a Satellite A100-451 (UK) running Vista. I want to connect external speakers. There is a "headphone" Jack on the front (3.5 mm jack I think), can I connect external speakers here? The speakers are "PC Line" with their own power supply and also have a 3.5 mm jack plug).

    Thank you

    KK

You need the audio Line out put and the headset jack provides this output.
In other words, you can use this Jack to connect external speakers

  • How to install external speakers on Satellite L500

    Hello

I just bought Satellite L500 (PSLS6A - 00 X 013) and have some surround speakers I want to fix - please could someone explain how to do this.

I would also like to know you need to unplug the computer once you have him stop?
I ask this question because I was wondering if this was then taken its toll on the system and that it would be better disconnected the power - something that I never did with my office, but will have to do with this laptop.
    Thanks for advance-Wilma

It will be interesting what speakers you have exactly.
Anyway, portable exact specification are unknown to me, but as far as I know you can connect normal PC (2 speakers + 1 subwoofer) speakers using the audio out port.

Please let us know what speakers you have exactly.

One last thing: the portable digital audio output to SPDIF port with optical port.

  • Cannot use Logitech z-10 speakers with Satellite L500D

    I have a Satellite L500D.

When you plug the external speakers (Logitech z 10) via USB, the sound is just terrible, with scraping etc. I installed the latest drivers.
These speakers have their own sound card and the excellent works with all the other pc I tried them on that.

Anyone has any idea what is the problem here?
Would be grateful for any input which could correct the #¤ & % & ¤.

    Hi plutopus,

Just a simple question: have you tried another USB port? Maybe the USB port doesn t tested properly try another port is simple and easy so it s worth a try!

In addition, as wrote Al - eX you need to update your USB drivers or let's say the chipset drivers. I also are advised to remove all the USB port on the Device Manager and reboot the laptop.

I guess you have to install additional drivers for this audio system. Did you pick the newest one?

By the way: I can t find information on your windows. If you use Windows 7, have you checked if the PA system is compatible with the latest Microsoft OS?

  • Cannot save the extension of free warranty for Satellite L70

I booted up just my new laptop Toshiba L70 and a pop up appears saying register now for free scope ensured a year-1. I was in the middle of recording when my computer restarted accidentally. I now cannot find the local record. How to request this free warranty extension?

I believe that this is part of the Toshiba Tempro service, go to the screen of the app by clicking on start, in apps listed for Toshiba Tempro, open it and go to the State guarantee, then click Update.

    Hello

I have a P100-143. The laptop is great. How can I turn off the blue LEDs under the speakers? It's very scary and absolutely useless. If anyone has a solution, please share it. THX.

    Hello

AFAIK there is no switch or something similar. I presume that the only solution is to cut the cable.

  • How to make DVD player region free player on Satellite L40 - 14Y

I can not play region 1 DVD on my player. (PowerDVD, windows player) The usual 5 times have been used.

I've heard of software to make your region free player, but I don't want to ruin my notebook or losing my warranty.

So is it a software or the ability to solve this problem, or do I really need to get an external hard drive?

Another question, is my Toshiba DVD player flashes for a while that, for no reason.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the DVD player region free legal way if you have already changed the region 5 times code.
Now the region code is locked.

Of course, I have read on various websites that it would be possible to remove this protection from the region and to unlock code region but to my knowledge, this is not legal and very risky.

Such tools flash the firmware, but it could damage the master/slave/c-salt settings and then the BIOS does not recognize the disc correctly. In addition the player couldn't handle CD/DVD media correctly. In this forum, you will find some discussion on issues

So to answer you question. using this 3rd party software would be detrimental to the training and would negate the warranty.
