• Looking for a free tool allowing clients to easily update a text box on their Web site.

  I just finished a website for a client, and I am looking for a free tool (something similar to Wordpress) which would leave my client to easily change the text on the site.  I don't want to have full access to the code on the site, just include a text box that they can make changes every time that the envy.  I'd rather have something that was transparency it so the text would look just like the rest of the site, but is not a must.

For this time I still have this doing some RnD for all new development of Setup. So, everyone here has developmet free tools that is suitable for development.   Yes, download the Eclipse IDE from http://www.eclipse.org, then install the CFEclipse plugin from http://www.cfeclipse.org. Using the latest version of Eclipse I suggest using the latest beta version of CFEclipse 1.3.

  I am trying to add a native ODBC connection from my PC under Windows XP, the BI server.
  
  I want to use this option to write native SQL against the BI repository and as a source of data of BI Publisher increases it.
  
  We were able to accomplish this using TOAD, but our trial license has expired.
  
  I was hoping that other people might have done this before and help with advice.
  
  We hope to be able to do this with any FREE tool, but more specifically Oracle SQL Developer if possible.

  Several things here.

  (1) for Server BI of the query editor, you define a jdbc data source in Publisher. You don't need ODBC in the middle. Configure your data source as this:
  Data Source name:< you="" choose,="" "oracle="" bi="" server"="" makes="" sense="">
  Database driver class: oracle.bi.jdbc.AnaJdbcDriver
  Connection string: jdbc:oraclebi://yourbiserver:9703 / (if you have configured your BI server to use different ports can change 9703)
  Click on test connection to make sure you did it right.

  (2) If you still want to set up an ODBC connection (but you must if you configure as above, which is standard), then you create your ODBC DSN as normal (lots of docs on this on the web).

  (3) you can't question a source ODBC using SQL Developer as far as I know. You can use nqcmd or the Client ODBC OBIEE to question it or other tools like Excel. You can also consider Tora, who can question ODBC (enter the DSN "Database") and is free.

  I had the same question. I tried to reinstall it but the necessary update to the SP2 version is not available on the website and the CD has the previous version.

  It was easy enough, however, just go to the download page for the M30 Satellite instead of the M30X and it was there!

  Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler and Oracle JDeveloper can be used for data modeling. Both of these tools are free. You can try and make your idea - they are free.

• Exquilla do not cut it for approval, worse than other free tools

  It does not show even of simple PNG or JPEG JPG images, worse than Outlook web app. Don't mind paying the license if it was at least as useful as the free OWA. Disappointed, now swinging back on OWA. Wish you had better stand alone application indeed.

  I am looking for a free tool for the report on the ability of vCenter. Is anyone aware of any good thing that is there? I just tested on vBenchmark, but which is not exactly what I'm looking for.   I'm not positive if this is the correct forum section, but I downloaded ESX Server 4.0 and you have run it on a virtual machine to test. I just wanted to see what all she could do in the console menu. It cannot do much from there. The vSphere client is amazing, as expected. I was wondering, if. Is there a free tool from vmware for use with ESX Server that will at least give me the basic features - download the virtual machine to the data store, run the virtual machine. I really like the idea of ESX Server, VMware Server, but to have bought the vSphere expensive licenses are not an option for me right now.

  use the Client that you download from the IP address of your ESXi, vSphere host.  Install the client, point the customer on your ESXi host, connect.  Go ├a configuration, feature license, change.  Here, you can connect your key.
