Free trial DC Pro Adobe will not activate

I downloaded and installed the trial version for Adobe DC Pro.

However, when I connect to documents.adobe.com for the track program/documents for signature, I asks me to register now and I can't see my dashboard.

In the software, I activated my free trial and indicated in the lower right corner.

Hi johnw17959501,

You will not be able to use the service track & emission without the subscription for Acrobat DC.

Kind regards
Nicos
