FRS: Lines pouring out to another page in PDF format

I have a FRS (Financial Reporting Studio, v.11.1.2.3.917; EN Server 11.1.2.3.503.) a report that has accounts in its ranks. Problem I faced is that when I run the report to the spill of lines for PDF format to another page without a certain logic. For example, if the report contains 200 lines, the first page would be complete (say 30 rows), then the second page would have only 5 lines, the third might be new, some fortha gain number of lines (not the same as the #2 page) and so on...

I tried the grid size, change switch Autosize, nothing helps. From FRS has a number of lines that he wants to fill in his logical page size, and because the physical page is shorter, he spills these additional lines to another page.

Anyone with the same problem and a solution?

Thank you
Mr. Sladic

Hi River.

We installed the patch 508, and it solves the problem of paging lines.

The problem is, there's another bug now - when I put my POV (in Premiere POV) guests for alias, the app does not recognize members, says that they do not exist in the database. I tried to use the "pipette" select POV member in a preview area and still the same. Only when I click on "Enter the value" check box, and my mebers change of name, the report opens.

I tried this in our previous installation (patch 503) and report open regardles of preview POV being the name or alias. did not check if the same thing happens in the prompt box regularly.

Think I'll open another SR for this

Kind regards

Milos

  • Cannot export a page in a document of six pages in pdf format

    I have a document 6 pages created in an earlier version of In Design I have updated and now want to export single pages in pdf format. However, under file / export, after stating the name of the file and clicking on the Save BUTTON in the window export to Adobe PDF, I can "Select all" or "Beach" on the PAGES but gout options against the "Range" are only "all pages" or "A4 V.

    Usually, this is where I would choose the number of the page I want to choose, but I can't do it-only given two options.

    PS Please understand that I am a user in Design V3 and before that Pagemaker 6.5, so I am a novice in the CC of design. This document has no pages masters, nor a model - but are they necessary? Someone suggested that I need to check my master pages and assign a new model to the pages...

    You should be able to click on A4V and enter your page range.

  • Scanner is not able to scan a page in pdf format

    I JUST BOUGHT HP 2515 PRINTER ink advantage ALL IN ONE. I LOOK to find out why my scanner fails to scan a page to pdf file, even if the options are to come, but after saving I m get a white page

    Hi AMARsharma,

    I can't wait to hear that you have questions.  From the information provided, apparently, that adobe may be updated.  You are able to view other types of file to scan?  Please see the information that can solve the problem below.  If you would like more information about your product, click here.

    1. check and update Adobe reader and flash player

    A. click here to access the Adobe website to check and update to versions current (quick glance on the right side, downloads for flash and reader).  Note: this is a 3rd party site.  HP and I are not responsible for the content or use of this site.

    I hope this helps!

  • Problems of conversion of a Web page in PDF format.

    We have a user who is using "Adobe acrobat X Pro", and when it uses the function to convert website to PDF it captures any page, such as tables.  If another user connects and does the same thing, he seized the entire page without problem.  Is there maybe a permission that can be governing its access to capture the entire page?  I would be grateful for any suggestion.

    Save a Web page does not work identical to print in PDF format.

    Things like the images of background, CSS Styles and iFramed items (like tables) will not save, but they will BE printed.

  • Why the hyperlinks are lost when replacing a page in PDF format?

    I produce a newsletter that is distributed in PDF format. Sometimes, I need to replace an existing page newsletter PDF with a page from another PDF (typically a full-page display advertising provided by a customer).

    However, on any PDF hyperlinks are lost once I add the page to my PDF newsletter. Is it possible to import or replace pages between separate PDF files and keep all active hyperlinks? I use Acrobat 9.0.4.

    Thank you very much for reading my question!

    Rather than replace the page (Document > replace Pages), you should try to add the new page (Document > insert Pages) and delete the old page.

  • How to create a tiff of a page in pdf format?

    Hello

    Acrobat 9 Pro.

    I consult a page that I want to format tiff in a pdf document, how to export just this page to TIFF 600 dpi, 250-page?

    Format tiff image file export has no option to choose just this page, you get all of the 250 which takes forever.

    Envirographics

    My thoughts exactly. I also wrote this code it for you (to the current page):

    var doc = this;

    page var = doc.extractPages (doc.pageNum);

    page.saveAs ({cPath: doc.path.replace (".pdf", "_p" +(doc.pageNum+1) + ".tiff"), cConvID: "com.adobe.acrobat.tiff"});

    page.closeDoc (true);

    You can run it from the console and it will save the TIFF file in the same folder as the original PDF file.

  • Transparent page in PDF format

    I would like to create a PDF ebook that has transparent pages, not white. When you view the PDF file, you see, for example, a graphic illustration and it is transparent enough to see the page below. It must be a manipulable page, not a button. I have the creative cloud together, so access to all Adobe software to create this page. Is it possible and if yes, how can I do it and what program can I use?

    The page background is always white, but this should not stop get you what you want. Use InDesign and place your image on top, with transparency. Be SURE to export a PDF from InDesign, do not print in PDF format.

  • InDesign index - indexing a book and having links to page in PDF format

    I create an index on a book of consisting of 30 indesign documents.  When I export the book in PDF format, I want to be able to click on the index page numbers and do go to this page.  The problem is that I can't get the index of links in a PDF file to work on the document that I have the index.  If I have my index finger in the last document and create an index on the second page entry it creates fine but once exported in PDF format the link does not work.  In CS4 I created small books like this with no problems.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

  • Print right-page graphic overflow on the blank left page in pdf format

    Hi, I have a document with the verse pages. It contained there graphic on the right-hand page that consists of multiple images in a grid and rotates slightly. When I export to PDF, the part sticking out on the left side of the page gets "printed" on the left page in the pdf, which I want to appear blank. How can I avoid this? Very much appreciated.

    If you have objects that are placed on the two pages of a double, then the part that is located on each page will be printed (or PDFed). You must ensure that these objects are not overlapping the other page. How to do this depends on what your objects look like (fill, stroke, etc.).

  • Several pages in PDF format

    I made a purchase order in LiveCycle a few months back, and the first page of the PDF shows well.

    I decided to add a few things to the form, which makes the shape a few pages over and fashion design, additional pages are and they look nice and all, but when I go to preview the PDF document, additional pages appear not at all.

    I tried to go on the paging tab and see if something has been set incorrectly, but the paging tab is grayed out, and it's not what I can do here.

    Any help?

    Also: Is there a way to make the last two pages visible ONLY when a checkbox is enabled?

    Thank you.

    Hello

    Your code looks good. It may be well in your form, but there's a small typo in the thread: = 'visible ';

    Just a couple of things to look out, I place the code in the click event of the checkbox. At this point, the box has seen change in its rawValue. Also check the value specified for the checkbox control, in object > range of liaison.

    It is not necessary to repeat to page 3, you can them both in the same handset if/else statement (JavaScript in the click event):

    if (this.rawValue == "1") {
         page2.presence = "visible";
         page3.presence = "visible";
    }
    else {
         page2.presence = "hidden";
         page3.presence = "hidden";
    }

    Hope that helps,

    Niall

  • Disable the SPACEBAR to switch to the next page in PDF format?

    Is it possible, when creating a PDF file, to disable the SPACEBAR to move the PDF to the next page?

    I create an interactive PDF with InDesign and I need people to go to the next page with buttons, NOT the bar space, or things on the next page is not displayed correctly. Is there an option somewhere (in Acrobat, InDesign or anywhere) which disables the user space bar to move to the next page?

    Thank you!

    No, but you can create a script that forces the display to be single page (I guess that the problem you have is the continuous point of view).

    Another option is to make a layer of each page, and each of them on one real page of the stack. Then you can configure the buttons to show/hide layers, eliminating the possibility to move between the pages by using the space bar or arrows.

  • Need help as soon as POSSIBLE! Unable to print all pages in PDF format!

    I am trying to print to PDF a 44 page document for client proofing in Indesign CS4. The selection of the print range I always click 'All' and 'Spreads '.

    Week unannounced last he printed only on page 16, with the above parameters. I have all the sections or page numbers or anything that would cause it to not print certain pages.

    There is no errors when it generates the PDF, in fact, it goes through the whole print dialog box very well; except the PDF "finished" appears in place early on with only 16 pages, while the printing dialog box is still ongoing. I have to go back later and print range "17-44" so that it can print the rest and even then, it will only print on page 41 and I'll have to go again and print "42-44", so I find myself with 3 documents. "

    He does it with several documents. It seems to be random, too, like today, I was able to print another document in its entirety because I couldn't earlier.

    What on earth could happen? I have changed all settings as the problem appeared. Thanks for your help.

    I think that if there is a problem in the driver, it would be obvious. You might want to try trashing preferences before you do anything more drastic. See replace your preferences

    There are scripts to impose, but print booklet is the built-in choices.  That said, unless your printer specifiacally told you to make pasta spread, or if you yourself are the printer, DO NOT. It is the printer to impose your file to fit its equipment and you'll just make more work for everyone, or even make your job cannot print, if you try to do his work for him.

  • How to print a web page in PDF format in Windows 7 after Firefox version 8?

    Some web pages do not print to PDF after Firefox Version 8. The result is incomplete PDF or progress printing stops at a certain point and Firefox is stuck. For example, the following web page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln prints to PDF with Firefox Version 8, but it does not print with any version newer than 8 Firefox. Note that the latest version of Acrobat Professional produced the same results, but also the other PDF generating tools such as 'FreePDF XP' and 'Bullzip. Also, the same web page on this same machine prints of in Internet Explorer. However using Internet explore is not a solution for our needs.

    You can try to reset all the printing preferences in the case where some corruption has crept in over time. This article that describes more in detail: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages

    Could you also try to disable graphics hardware acceleration? I don't know if this affects printing at all, but just in case.

    You need to restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

    Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Options > advanced

    In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

    If you restart Firefox, you will notice no difference?

    A standard Diagnostics in order to avoid interference by extensions (and some custom settings) is to try Mode without failure of Firefox.

    First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).

    Then restart Firefox in Mode safe (questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode) of Firefox help

    Help > restart with disabled modules

    In the dialog box, click "start mode safe."

    If you can print PDF files normally, it points to one of your extensions or custom as the problem settings.

    To also disable plugins, you can try here:

    Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Modules > Plugins category
