  If you want to change the language for an application that is already installed on your computer, you will need to change the preferred language, Uninstall and reinstall the application.

  You can do this easily from the creative cloud desktop application. Please see this document for more information:

  Set the installation language.  Applications installed after Exchange of the language will be in the newly configured language.

  If so, open your desktop cc app and update your programs cs6.

  If this is not the case open programs and click Help > updates or manually update http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
