Full Vista: occasional error message: "no answer" (when you click on a link, on or off line)...

Vista Ultimate. At completely random times, I get a message that the page I click (online or offline) "does not. The screen turns white (translucent) and I am then presented with an error message with the options 'expected response' or 'stop' the process. I can still see the original page (in the background) where I clicked initially to go to another link.  These errors are happening more frequently now. The system effectively hangs at this point.

It is not an error so it's just to tell you that, due to low memory, the program that you are using is not respoding or takes to respond when you click Open program, it gives u this menu to move forward.

therefore:

You can either increase your memory or pagefile or having to run fewer programs at the same time. If you are running many programs you can remedy this by minimizing your startup programs and also make sure that your system is clean.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

When I click on certain links particularly in gmail, for example, if I get an email from youtube of a video being downloaded and I click on the video says, firefox opens this link in a new tab, but the problem is that it will automatically switch to this tab that I hate. This happens with the other links that want to open in a new tab for.

You can check the tab bar setting in Options/Preferences > tabs.

  • Error Flash when you click on a link to URL

I'm testing a Captivate video locally on my computer using IE 7.0.5730.11 and Flash version 9 version.

Clicking a HotSpot object that is configured to open a PDF file on the host site's results an error message indicating that Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially dangerous operation. (This is the same behavior you see when running a video of Captivate that contains a separate skin file.)

If the link is to a directory on the same Web site that hosts the Captivate video, the viewer will receive this error message and need to reconfigure its Flash installation to allow communication with the site? (Oh, please say it isn't so!) If so, is there a remedy that does not require a response in the Viewer?

Thank you very much for everything you can spread the wisdom!

  • Downloaded my new site of Muse to an existing domain, replacement of the old site, now I get a 404 not found error page when you click on the link via google

    Hello

I recently had a website for my business and I decided that its becoming outdated seriously.

I created a new Web site using adobe muse with the original plan to delete the old site and replace it with the new site muse, but on the same domain name.

Yesterday, I saved all the files of my site obsolete and deleted from the server and downloaded my new site Web de Adobe Muse to my FTP host with the original domain name.

Now, when I search the keywords I'm looking generally when I had the old site, the link comes up, but when I click on a 404 not found error page appears.

At the moment, I do believe that my works from home page by clicking on it, all other pages seem to show a 404 error.

I'm not very experienced with web site design, please help me as soon as possible. My business is internet-based, every day without my site, my business is suffering.

Looking forward to a response. Thank you.

    URL of the site please?

In addition, how the site works in preview? If it works in preview, and all links to pages etc. are very good that there should be no reason for this issue, unless there is a server problem.

After you download the new file, confirmed that this new file is downloaded correctly? You can use any ftp client and connect to your server to check downloaded files. You can contact your Web host for questions at the end of the server.

    Thank you

    Sanjit

  • Does not respond when you click on a link hyper

When I click on a button or a text link or similar - often nothing happens. When you connect to some sites (but not all), it will not respond to the entry of name and user password.

Sometimes Firefox takes forever to answer - other than it is as quick as a Flash.

If I didn't know any better, I think have been affected by a Trojan horse - but I deleted Firefox twice now and all the files associated with. I rebuilt my iMac from scratch with a freshly partitioned drive and performed a clean installation. In addition, my iMac running the latest version of Kaspersky - as it has done since purchased in 2009.

Currently, it has been uninstalled, until I have an idea of what to try. He had 2 plug ins installed 3 weeks ago - Colorzilla and Firebug3-, but as I understand it, they are "certified" as add ons for firefox.

Any help would be appreciated, because I depend on firefox for the development of websites Wordpress based.

There is a particular question, that I just noticed. Since upgrading to FF v4.0 RC1, it seems every time I click on a link in a Web page or in a google search (even open a bookmark link), when the new page opens, the url of the new page does not appear in the address bar. Instead, the url of the previous page still shows in the address bar.
If anyone else has noticed this?

  • Firefox can be configured to open the Firefox more recently-active window when you click on a link in another application? Using multiple profiles.

I think it's really a feature request, but I don't see a forum for this. I used to use firefox almost exclusively, but switched to chrome when I started working freelance for a couple of different companies - the identities of chrome feature really helps me keep my sanity by having a unique identity for each company. However, a problem has recently developed with chrome which brought me back to firefox. The profile under firefox feature seems to have gotten much better since I made the first move, and I'm pretty happy with the way it works... with one exception:

With firefox, clicking on a link in another application, always opens in the default profile. With chrome, she would always open in the browser window that was most recently active. It's a very intuitive behavior, because everything I do in the other application (e.g. thunderbird, evernote, Skype) is almost always linked to whatever browser window, I had finally opened.

Any chance to do this implemented? Or maybe there is already a way to do this? I found the following related topics, but neither helped with this issue:

    https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/981608?ESAB=a & As = AAQ
    https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/983341?ESAB=a & As = AAQ

The 'solution' to this topic is that there is no real solution so that the owner of this thread wants to happen.
