Future updates will come from Motorola or Google?

When Google will release an update of Honeycomb (as to enable SD card), we will be able to install this update immediately or need for Motorola to personalize it in order to release it then to the Tablet Xoom?

And is there something that will tell us about the Xoom when a Xoom firmware or an update of the OS will be available for installation?

I know the way that the apps tell us when there is an update but I don't know if it's the firmwares in a way even or OS updates will show.

for non - us xoom, updates are coming us and Motorola xoom, it comes from google.

  • Permanantly disabling "Install Google Toolbar" and change the default value for future updates

I use Adobe products for years and, in general, is that Adobe produces some really useful tools for users of computers and productivity.  Thereby, ever time I get notice of an 'Adobe Flash Player' update I have to answer the same questions during the update / install process.  During the installation of the installation application ask if I want to install the toolbar 'Google', and the default value is Yes, then I have to uncheck the box before installation or I receive the software on my system I do not want or do not want.  In addition, towards the end of the update, the installation application provides three options on future updates:

    (1) download and install automatically

    (2) ask before installing

    (3) never install...

And each installation I have to uncheck the installation of "Google Toolbar" and tell them that Adobe 'ask me... ' "before you download and install future updates.

Is it possible permanently disable toolbar Google and by default my response to the update download and install question to always be 'Ask Me' first?  Adobe's witnesses crossing the machine during this process, so please do not suggest that it is not possible.  Adobe simply needs to modify the setup package to find these cookies and apply preferences users for the installation process instead of constantly trying to push unwanted applications and choices to the user.

The displayed offers are based on the OS and the browser used.  If the two of you are essentially correct, for the browsers you use.

If you opt in background updates, update option = allow Adobe to install updates (recommended), Flash Player will be updated within 24 hours of a new version is released.  If you use several browsers that use different types of Flash Player (for example, IE & Firefox) all drive types are updated within 24 hours of the new versions available.

If you opt in notification updates, update = option Notify me when updates are available, the update notification generally appears within 7 days of an update is available and it is after that the system was restarted or that you log on/off voltage.   Opting to put up-to-date will launch the browser to a download page to download and install Flash Player.  If you use several browsers that use different types of Flash Player (for example, IE & Firefox) as the type of player who set the notification of update is updated.  The other type of player is not updated.

Essentially, opting in the background updates will update all types of drive on the system within 24 hours and avoids downloading accidentally offers from third-party vendors.

Note: there are slight differences for OS X updated behaivour but since you have Windows I described the behavior under Windows.

  • My new hard drive (from HP) will come with windows?

Basically, my hard drive is "close to collapse" and HP will send me a new one I am still under warranty. My laptop is so slow that it takes about 30 minutes to open and start a backup system, which fails for some reason any.

I managed to transfer my music and work in a USB port, I don't mind losing all the other stuff I have.

I have free anti-VRUS and run windows7 starter. Should I keep trying to save my hardrive so that I can keep the windows or the hardrive will come with it, in which case I'm not worth it.

    -Sorry if this is hard to understand, I have a problem, try to explain what I mean > _<. if="" you="" don't="" get="" what="" i'm="" saying="" please="" ask="" so="" that="" i="" can="" be="" more="" specfic...="" thanks="" in="" advance="">

    Edit:

I'm assuming that windows is kept on the disk and not the real computer. I don't know what I'm talking about more.

    Hello:

Since your laptop is still under warranty, you can call HP and ask if you can get the discs sent free.

If a game costs in the neighborhood of $16.00.

You will receive a set of numbered discs (I don't know how much - not less 2).

After you have installed the hard drive and test to make sure it works, you can insert the disc labeled disk 1 in the DVD player, restart the computer and at the beginning of the HP welcome screen, you press the F9 key to access the one time boot menu. Select the DVD drive and you should then see a message on the screen indicating in substance... «to try to boot from DVD...» Press any key to boot from the DVD... »

Press a button and your recovery disk should start loading. Then simply follow the instructions on the screen.

  • downloaded Adobe Reader 11.0.16 but can't open the pdf - message "because it comes from a developer that is unidentified.

Have imac with Yosemite 10.10.4 and recently updated Adobe Reader for the 11.0.16. I need to open an application with A.R. form to enter information, but after changing my default to Preview for this file, I get the message "pdf can not be opened because it comes from an unidentified developer". I don't know anything about changing security settings, which is also mentioned, and do not know if the offender is A.R. or pdf file. Is the file to open from the UK Lotttery Heritage Fund, an organization of very broad reputation, who advised me to use A.R. When I told them that when I had used an excerpt info boxes would not extend as it should, when the text is entered, nor. I don't think it will be a rare problem and would be very grateful for advice because it is rather urgent.

That's I have, once again, maybe speak for all owners of i1 when I say:

What a fuck's happening? (Sorry, but I need to talk like that).

What is happening with the loyalty with consumers? You sell a 'new' phone with an old operating system and it is not cheap, and you don't bother us and decide to update that. Even a correction that you can not do right. Look, our money don't grow on trees. We work hard to buy this phone, then, show respect. Come on Motorola, show that you care about us, and give us at least an answer on what is happening in this update.

We have so many problems with this phone. And we get another once again, when the Google updated the market to show only apps for 1.6 +.

We need answers now, so that we can go to another phone or try to maintain hope for Motorola.

    Where is the bug?

Is it decided not to have an update?

We can have the ROM (the source of the main system) to development teams trying to "update" that we?

    Motorola, please, answer.

[CANCELLED] 10 Feb 2011 Motorola i1 Update [CANCELLED]

Motorola, yet once treated you us like fools. Thank you for that.

  • WORST SERVICE FROM MOTOROLA

NOT ONLY TO MAINTAIN EVEN THE PRODUCT

I am the same fan of motorola once he introduced g bike in India with amount simpler. Now I have the version of bike g XT1033 8 GB. the training of vertical lines of red color 2 months ago in my screen. I went to the service centre that they replace the display. When getting on the handset, I found that this receiver does not work. The same day, I returned the unit to the service center. They replace the receiver. And they call me to take the device. While I control, same problem. As a result, they replace the receiver again. The problem exists even after the receiver is replaced for "three times", said by Center technician. Then they finally asked that "can you please adjust the camera with this problem? My friends and I are seriously angry.

The original intent of the mobile is to talk with someone else. It is not convinced by motorola. Later, I talk to the customer of motorola and I ask a new. Requiring the new device isn't my intention. But what is the guarantee that the problem will come not even after the warranty period is over. Later on that I can't do mobile service with my money.

Any forum manager can read this. Please note, I don't want even new mobile, that's enough for me, the same device with adequate service and again the problem would not come. Because it is not the job for me to go to the center of service once a month.

To disable the horse notification that appears in the status bar on automatic updates is turned off.

Go to start > Control Panel > Security Center > resources > change the way Security Center alerts me > uncheck automatic updates

There is a known issue with Windows Update that address priority before you visit Windows Update

Manually download and install the latest cumulative security update for IE8 and restart before

visit windows update via the shortened link in your Start menu.

When you have Win XP SP3 and IE8, it will be the necessary file

    http://download.Microsoft.com/download/1/9/A/19A6AC47-9EA0-455F-B918-A44D25B5304C/IE8-WindowsXP-KB2898785-x86-enu.exe

It often happens that the installation of SP3 will break the windows update feature by not properly installing the windows update agent.  An older version of the windows update agent can be downloaded and saved in the C directory and installed by an execution command.

Windows update agent is available during one of the linked pages

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/943144

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/946928

    Start > run > C:\WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe /wuforce

For the 64-bit version, change the command run 86 read 64

In the alternative, there is a troubleshooting tool that can work to accomplish the same thing

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/949104/en-us

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2714434/en-us

A reboot is probably a good idea after each intervention.

Now connect to windows update manually through your browser using the shortcut in the start menu link and your chances are better that it will work.

When the latest version of windows and to connect to Windows Update will detect the old version of Windows update agent installed update agent will be installed after consenting to the ActiveX installation.  It will be the first thing that happens when connecting to Windows update if things continue normally.

If there are still problems with Windows update try this utility.

It is the #25 element in the repair tool to be implemented.
