  Unfortunately, I installed iLivid and have had the problem that many others have lived with the irritating searchqu. I followed the many useful threads on using Firefox and through disabling modules, using Add/Remove programs etc, I have manged to pretty much get rid of. One annoying aspect remains. On my Firefox page, next to the usual web address field is another field of research that is pre-filled with "iLivid Web search."

  It worked for me. There is a magnifying glass with a drop-down arrow on the left side of the box using the ilivid search. Hit him and you will see a list of search engines.   Hi, I was able to remove it but simply to remove AVG search engine to search "pre-selected". You can do this in the search box on the part superior RIGHT (see screenshot).
