Gallery of photos Windows-how do to enlarge a section of a photo

EXPAND? A PART of the image to make a new image?

Is it possible in the Windows Photo Gallery to Zoom in on a part of the image... that the smallest section of cultures, then make a new image, full size of thislarge section?  In other words, EXPAND a section of a photo?

Yes... Windows Live Photo Gallery can crop and resize.

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)

(There are other applications included in the download...
Uncheck the ones you don't want)

To access the edition tools select a photo and the left
Click 'Fix' on the toolbar choose... Crop the Photo.

To resize the picture... right click of the photo and
Choose resize.

Council... If you want two versions of the photo...
before and after... to make a copy of the original before
you edit it... and change the copy.
