Gallery of sensitive images in Dreamweaver?

Hello!

I'm a designer that makes artist websites and I built galleries of images for them years but now must make the sensitive media. I just bought PVII affinity claiming to easily convert pages of models in CSS. Well as the basic content is to translate well, I can't find a way to translate the Photo Albums of Dreamweaver (usually 12 to 20 images per gallery). Can someone suggest an option for someone who is stronger on the design as on the code, which will work in Dreamweaver CS6 w / affinity?

Tamlyn

FancyBox is a nice enough image gallery script, can be made sensitive and quite well documented: fancyBox - fancy Lightbox Alternative jQuery

If you want to be able to use DW dialog boxes to create your gallery, PVII has some very nice to do the same extensions. I think it's like 'image gallery magic' or similar name.

  • How can I correctly insert you an SVG image in Dreamweaver CC HTML5 page

    HI people,

    I'm working on my first site sensitive design. Pretty easy so far, but I'm having a hard time to understand how to insert the SVG in a HTML5 page (Bootstrap and XML).

    This is the code I use to insert the SVG that I created and exported in Illustrator.

    < div class = "making the scale svg container" >

    < a href = "index.html" >

    < svg viewBox = "0 0 60 55" class = "making the scale svg" preserveAspectRatio = "xMidYMin" >
    < img src = "images/logo - v3.svg" alt = "tag alt here" / >
    < / svg >

    < /a >

    < / div >

    And it's the CSS

    . Scaling-svg-container {position: relative;} Height: 0; width: 100%; padding: 0; padding-bottom: 100%; {/ * substitute this line other than the square format of * /} .scaling-svg {position: absolute; height: 100%; width: 100%; left: 0; top: 0 ;}}

    Everything works except I get the following error when I run the HTML validator in Dreamweaver CC. It seems to be this line < img src = "images/logo - v3.svg" alt = "tag alt here" / >

    Screen Shot 2016-04-29 at 9.35.35 AM.png

    I spent hours looking for documentation on this in the Adobe site and elsewhere. What I've read the SVG doesn't scale correctly unless it is in the viewBox.

    I don't get the error of Validation of Dreamweaver CC if I leave a 'simple' insert/image in Dreamweaver CC, but you do not get the viewBox, which of course helps you control the image.

    Thanks for the help,

    Sylvia

    You use the tag incorrectly.

    The tag is for form SVG tags (, , , etc.) not the tag, that's why you get this error.

    If you want to use an svg image you made in artificial intelligence, use the one tag with the .svg source.

    You can then control with css normally.

  • Can't optimize images in Dreamweaver CC 2015

    I went to optimize an image in Dreamweaver, but I see not the button change Image (small gears) parameters in the property inspector, and when I click on the image and select it, it is not even let me use modify > Image > Optimize.  I'm on a laptop 64 bit Windows 7, using Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2015.0 Release, Build 7714.  Help will be greatly appreciated!

  • How can I move images in dreamweaver cc2015?

    Hello

    How can I move images in dreamweaver cc2015?

    Found this somewhere on the web

    Tried, but couldn't work

    -------------------------

    To move images in Dreamweaver CS5 follow these steps:

    1 with your Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 application, open your HTML document
    2. Select the option "Split" at the top of your window. This will display the design and the Code view.
    3. click on the image that you want to move. This will highlight the text from the image in the Code view pane.
    4. Add < div style = "position: absolute" > before the IMG code and < / div > after the IMG code
    5. click again on your image in the pane view of design. You will see a little blue square right at the top of the images on the left side.
    6. click on this little place and drag it to position your image anywhere on the page
    7. save your changes.

    ------------------------

    What are the ways to move an image in dreamweaver cc2015?

    Thank you.

    The instructions you found would make the

    container draggable and resizable image. It would also only work in design mode. If you Live View turned on, you would see no guides.

    This is probably the worst way to develop your page so, it honestly should never be done in today's Web sites.

    Use css floats, padding and margin on the position of the images and containers in your site. Position: absolute is to be used only in a few specific situations.

  • Sensitive images full screen &amp; Placement of content

    Hello

    Please can I ask the community for help and advice?

    I created a Web of Muse site and used a widget from QooQee called REACT that allows me to place a sensitive image on the first page of my site and meets all the screen resolutions, which is great.  The image fills all browser.  I want the whole image to fill the first page of my site with a page scrolling.

    However, I have a problem and it is the content below my picture to full size browser.

    I'm designing on an iMac 27 "screen and when I preview the design in a browser on the big screen, everything is online and is placed where it should be.  However, when I discovered that a 13 "or 15" Macbook, content drops creating a gap between the bottom of the image full screen and the beginning of the content.

    Anyone know of a way I can continue this drawing, but have the content of the answer, so he's always sitting right under my picture full screen and I have no gap between the image and my content.  I need this to work for 13 ", 15" MacBook and iMac.

    Any help would be appreciated gratefully.

  • Problem downloading of Images in Dreamweaver

    I seem to have a problem uploading images in Dreamweaver on the site?  I started a 'new' Web page and insert images and I also copied & pasted a "old" Web page as part of my 'new' Web page.  When you view the page in Live View mode 'new' Web images were present.  When I downloaded the 'new' Web page on my site, only the 'old' Web page images were present.  The new that I had inserted in the Web page "nine" were not only present a small box with an 'x', where the photos should have been?

    Hello Phred123425,

    There could be 2 common reasons behind it.

    1 way to the CBC provided in the codes are not correct. May be it is the path of your local disk or there is an error with the path.

    2. the file linked images are not available on the remote server. Please be sure to download dependent files also during the FTP transfer.

    If in doubt, please share the URL of the Page in question and I'll look at the codes for you.

    Hello

    I would like to create a collage of images that overlap in Dreamweaver.

    I searched high and low for something like layers to do this, but have not discovered something.

    Can someone tell me -

    Is it possible to overlap of images in Dreamweaver?

    If so - can you tell me what tools/process I'm looking for so I can find more?

    Thank you!

    Nancy

    Yes you can ride images using a combination of absolute positioning (for positioning) and z-index (for the layer). You can even rotate it with the CSS transformations.

    However, it is not specific instead of styling and coding in Dreamweaver.

    Have a look here for example > http://dev.craigomatic.co.uk/absolutely/

    If you want here is the magic spells...

    The HTML code

    The CSS

    div {}

    position: relative;

    background-color: #CCC;

    Width: 350px;

    height: 350px;

    margin: auto;

    }

    .Image1, .image2, .image3 {position: absolute ;}}

    .Image1 {left: 50px; top: 50px; z-index: 1 ;}}

    .Image2 {left: 100px; top: 100px; z-index: 3 ;}}

    .image3 {left: 150px; top: 150px; z-index: 2 ;}}

    {.image2}

    -moz-transform: scale (1) rotate (15deg) (0px) translateX, translateY (0px) Scewx (0deg) skewY (0deg);

    -webkit-transform: scale (1) rotate (15deg) (0px) translateX, translateY (0px) Scewx (0deg) skewY (0deg);

    -o - transform: scale (1) rotate (15deg) (0px) translateX, translateY (0px) Scewx (0deg) skewY (0deg);

    -ms-transform: scale (1) rotate (15deg) (0px) translateX, translateY (0px) Scewx (0deg) skewY (0deg);

    transform: scale (1) rotate (15deg) (0px) translateX, translateY (0px) Scewx (0deg) skewY (0deg);

    }

    Note: the image roted does not work in Explorer 8 and lower without jiggery pokery even more.

    Here's how it works.

    The parent div has a relative position (a point of reference)

    Each image inside it is given an absoloute position (in other words, he'll be exactly where you want the upper-left corner of the parent div with being 0

    So as I write above: 100px left: 100px which means the top left of the div 100pixels parent and 100 down.

    To force the overlay, we use the z-index. By default everything is on layer 0 then a way more high number a top layer.

    You can still have pictures with links as it cancels the image on top.

    As you can see the rotating images stepping up a level.

  • Resizing image in Dreamweaver tutorial

    I finished the how-to Make and Style of a Web site in Dreamweaver tutorial.  It was very informative.  However, the image does not extend enough wide.  During the tutorial it says to remove the sizing but it does not extend as far as the navagation bar.  I tried formatting in css designer and to change things in the property manager and nothing changes.  It wouldn't so bad if I could make it at least to the centre, any ideas?

    Looking at a few lines in your markup I see

    Then I click on the rules of style and see what follows.

    #wrapper {}

    Width: 100%;

    min-width: 740px;

    Max-width: 1000px;

    left margin: auto;

    margin-right: auto;

    background-color: #FFFFFF;

    }

    #top {

    overflow: hidden;

    }

    As a human being, I'm smart enough to know that you meant the same Wrapper as wrapper and high as above, but unfortunately, computers are not skilled enough yet. In other words, the program is case sensitive. This is why I always suggest using lower-case in all cases.

  • Create a slide show of images in Dreamweaver CS4?

    How can I create a slideshow of photos using Dreamweaver CS4? I want the slideshow to be manual - in other words, I want the slide show to move to the next image only when the user clicks on a button, not after a certain period of time elapsed. How can I do this?

    Thanks for the help.

    Slideshows of Web have evolved tremendously in the last decade. Those produced by Dreamweaver MX originally are very obsolete these days.

    Even the command in DW CS4 Web Photo Album is not recommended by Adobe themselves. The display of Flash images previously available in CS3 and earlier versions was dropped in DW CS4.

    However the web today is full of creative writing which offer a range a lot of beautiful solutions that only Dreamweaver can offer.

    For an integrated solution, try the current integrated with Adobe Bridge (the bridge is installed by default with DW CS4)

    Hi super1904,

    1. did you of recent changes on the computer?
    2. How do you save the photos?

    Check if the default viewer is defined as the Windows Photo Gallery and also the jpeg, jpg, jpe file types have set of Gallery Windows as the default program to open with.

    1. Open default programs by clicking the Start button, click default programs.
      Default programs, click
    2. Associate a type of file or Protocol with a program. This option allows to refine the default programs based on Protocol or file type. For example, you can have all the .jpg image files open using a specific program, and .bmp image files open using a different program.

    in dreamweaver, I used the bootstrap to make a page loaded, I added an image and I did every thing but it did not fit the screen.

    the width is 100%, but it does not match the screen

    Use bootstrap favouring the img class.  Delete the height & width values of your markup.

    That said, this will not a little larger image.  It simply to the scales down your native image to fit the available viewport.

  • Adding sensitive Images of XML

    I have people,

    I'm working on my first Web Site responsive.

    I work in XML (two dogs databases that contain the details for each dog and the paths to the image files).

    The site is made with Bootstrap3, HTML5 and CSS3. I already have all the data connections that is not a problem.

    What is the best way to insert my images from XML in my Bootstrap-HTML pages using Dreamweaver to make them responsive and optimized properly?

    I hope that's not too complicated!

    Thanks to anyone who can help me.

    Sylvia

    That's what I've tried so far-

    It's my XML

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <breeder>
      <boys>
      <dog>
       <dogs_id>0025</dogs_id>
       <url><img src="/images/boys/dog_profile.jpg" width="530" height="607" alt="Photo of Dog " class="img-responsive image-holder"/></url>
    </dog>
      </boys>
      </breeder>

    HTML code of the page

    var dogsImageName = dog.find('url').html ();

    $("#dogsImageHolder").empty ();

    $("#dogsImageHolder").append ("< html >" + dogsImageName + '< /html >');

    < div class = "col-xs-12 col-sm-12 col-md-5 col-lg-5" >

    < div class = "image door-img-reagent" id = "dogsImageHolder" > < / div >

    < / div >

    In Photoshop, I know how to make generator export Adobe and the process of Extraction of the PSD.

    IN Dreamweaver CC, I tried the following three methods to insert images.

    According to W3C When you use the bootstrap information what I have to do is - this

    Then add the .img-responsive class in my CSS. It applies display: block; and max-width: 100%; and height: auto; to the image:

    It works well, but what is the size of the image export from the src =? If I use the larger size, I have a heavy page. The smallest looks terrible during the enlargement process.

    There is the < image > method. Apparently, it's better for when you need to do the art direction, I need this.

    And finally the SRCSET method

    < img src = "small.jpg"

    srcset = "large.jpg 1024w medium.jpg 640w, 320w small.jpg"

    Dimensions = "(min-largeur: 36em)" 33.3vw, 100vw ""

    ALT = 'A rad Wolf' >

    It is difficult to say without seeing the site itself, what size you should take your images.

    You should almost never allow an image to expand it beyond its size native pixel.

    Using max-width: 100% instead of width: 100% in your css will allow the image to cater for smaller devices. It will shrink with your page as the browser window is made smaller, but it will get not much larger than its native pixel dimensions.
