Game does not not in full screen

I have a Windows 7 operating system and1600 x 900 screen resolution.
I downloaded this game called Gunbound season 2, and it rarely works.
The game is supposed to go full screen on startup, but it doesn't. After that I run the game, the screen goes black.
Then the screen reduced on my desk, and nothing happens.
When I try to implement my game once again, it shows a black screen and then reduced to a minimum on the desktop again. I don't know what the problem is.
Is - this problem of the game or my computer problem? If this happens for this game, sometimes also for other games.
Can someone please help me solve this problem?

  • Satellite A300 PSAG0A - games does not show full screen

I have a large number of games installed on my computer. At least 90% of them appear not in the size of the full screen, but they are displayed in a small window with a large amount of black screen that surrounds the window. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. However, I don't think that it has nothing to do with Windows as my husband is running the same games on his Toshiba Satellite L300, exactly the same version of windows running, and they are all displayed in full screen.

Change the screen resolution makes no difference. And, of course, I select the option full screen in games.

Also, sometimes when I play a game and then closed it I think my desktop image shrank to small size - the same size the window in which the game was displayed when I played it.

Games work fine in every other sense, isn't this small screen size that is driving me crazy.

I hope someone can help me with this!

    Hello

    I think I know what's wrong.
You should go to the control panel and you must choose the Intel graphics Media Accelerator for Mobile.
Here, you should go to display settings-> image format Options, and there you have set the image in full screen format.

    Check it!

You double click on an icon to open Internet Explorer?

If so, right-click on the icon and select Properties.
    Select the shortcut tab.
Change the value of the "run:" Maximized field
    Click on apply, then OK

Next time that you double-click the icon, it is a maximized window will open.

  • FireFox does not have "full screen". .

When you try to use the FULL SCREEN function by clicking on the MSDS icon or by using the F11 the browser won't go full-screen. The title bar, Menu bar, area address including my displayed ICONS and my Bookmarks Toolbar will not go upward and out of sight as usual. • Whats with Vista does not support full screen mode?

I found that if a program or a game trys to run to (mode full screen) after a few minutes or seconds, Vista it minimizes or restores his window. This occurs in WMP11 and some other games, but not at my Win95 games, such as the 1999 edition of Nascar and my Viper Racing, because it opens, (referring to the 1999 edition of Nascar) I can see the reverse color window open and streach on the screen if you don't see the windows title bar and reduce restore, and close icons. I wonder if I can fix now or wait until Win7 comes out and update. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, on my 3 month old Acer Aspire 4736Z.

Well, I didn't do anything that you said, and over time he worked on it self. Maybe it was an upadte or something because I do not change a thing.

Open Control Panel and double-click on display - which will open the Windows XP display menu.

Display Menus differ, then the next steps depend on the type of video card.  Therefore, you may have to adapt the following instructions.  However, a good place showing would be click on settings, then advanced.

The display Menu will probably be a tab marked adapter.  If Yes, click the map tab and see if it allows you to display a list of the different modes of your video card supports.  Try the different modes.  (If you have a standard 4:3 ratio monitor, try the modes 4:3 ratio.  If you have a widescreen 16:9, try ratio 16:9 modes).

If this does not help, see the control panel offers an additional icon for your video driver.  For example, Control Panel on my laptop includes a labeled icon driver Intel GMA for Mobile.  Double click on this icon you propose other format settings, include "keep proportion", "full screen (no border). and "Desktop".  Your boys may have changed one of these parameters.

If all else fails, you can try a restore of the system at a time when your computer was working OK.  (Start |) Run | C:\Windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe)

Try to run the old-school Final Doom, however Vista does not seem to support. I had a look at solutions on the web, but the only ones that seem to work involve a lot more 'dangerous' Publishing System I'm willing to do. No matter how lucky it is a quick fix for this?

    Thanks :)

If I thought this game was created to run under DOS. Try this:

Download and install the emulator back from here: http://www.dosbox.com/ this one I think is the most popular (if I remember that I've also used) > launch game using the emulator back (somewhere, you will find information how to do this). In this way, I launched a few really old game, as the Park theme and Desert Strike.

Much more information on dosbox, you can find on their site wiki: http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Main_Page

  • Why Assassin's Creed does not start full screen mode?

I have to type Alt + Enter whenever I want to play AC.

    Search for C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed\Assassin.ini

In this file, there should be a line that says "fullscreen = 0" or something like that. Change to 1 and you should not do that either. This game is quite buggy for PC.

  • Games running in lower resolution on the desktop resolution does not fill the screen

I have a laptop HP ENVY 17 TS with NVIDIA GT 740 M and Intel 4600HD graphics drivers and running Windows 7. Whenever I want to change the resolution in games at a lower resolution on the desktop resolution, the game shrinks to its view, leaving the couple of inches black bars on the edges. For example, if my the desktop resolution is 1920 x 1080 and I want to start a game in 1600 x 900, the game does not fill the screen, instead, it leaves an amount of empty space on the edges of the screen.

In order to solve this problem, I tried the following steps:

I first tried to locate the view tab in the NVIDIA Control Panel in order to define the scale/stretch in "Full screen", but my version of NVIDIA CP isn't the view tab (my NVIDIA drivers are the latest version).

Then I discovered that I should do this in the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel. My Intel HD Graphics CP has an option named "Calibration" under display > display settings and it doesn't show the option to retain display scaling that is checked by default and does not change. Also, after searching the Internet I saw that some people suggested entering the 'advanced settings' and try to make changes. When I try to enter advanced settings, under view, it says 'this screen does not support advanced settings'.

After trying without success, I tried the update driver Intel via their website, hoping that it can fix the problem. I ran the small Intel application on their Web site that identifies my chipset and offers me the latest driver for this chipset. Web site told me that the driver is installed on my computer is 10.18.10.3304, and there is an update for what is 15.33.18.64.3496 (or 10.18.10.3496). So I downloaded the file, but when I tried to run, it gave me this error message: "the drivre being installed is not validated for this computer. You can get the correct driver from the manufacturer of the computer. Setup will now exit. "that makes no sense.

After trying the above steps, I'm not able to solve the problem, and I need help from someone who really knows how to solve this problem.

    Thank you.

    Solution (I hope)

    1. choose the properties of the graphic (logo Intel) option when you right click on the desktop

    2. go in view

    3. go through the resolutions on the 'Resolution' and change to this resolution (do not click Apply)

    4. for everyone to go to 'Scaling' at the bottom of the screen and change it to scale full screen (do not click Apply)

    5. Repeat until you get back to the higher resolution (that won't let you change the scale).

    6. quickly choose a few resolutions from the drop-down menu to make sure that they have changed their scale.

I had a problem with some resoultions changing the way they were, but which should solve most of the problems.

  • Scroll bar and arrows does not not in full screen

When I'm in full screen the arrow down right no longer works.
Also sometimes scroll bar doesn't go down, only up.
I have a problem with the bar to scroll to the right of each Web site, but I can not use this function in cats facebook. I can move to the top of the conversation, but cannot retrieve most recent messages without closing the window.
Everything worked until I turned my pc and turn it on again.
I check virus... This has not fixed the problem and already re - install firefox, cleared cookies and cache.
It does not work when I'm not in full screen, but that is obviously not ideal.
I would like to know how I can solve this problem.

    Sorry, I finally corrected already.

  • NeverWinter Nights game does not not in Windows 7

    Game does not
Some1 could help me get some winter nights never work on windows 7, the game installs fine, but when I press the play icon the game starts the busy mouse pointer, but then it just stops and goes no further.

I knew these same problems with NWN NWN2 plays very well on Windows 7. Apparently there is a compatibility problem with NWN after hitting the game and the appearance of the spash screen. I tried everything, except a personal plea to Bioware/Atari technical support to solve this recurring problem for thousands of user frustration. I recently bought this game (Neverwinter Nights, The Complete Collection) which was released on November 16, 2011 and there still problems reported above. The developer has been unable or refused to issue a new patch to address these problems. If all goes well, Dungeons & Dragons, The classic Anthology which was released by Atari on the same day that the above product will play without any problem. Time will tell that I have not yet received. He is currently on an expedition. To anyone interested, it includes 8 games as well including Baldur's Gate I & II, Tales of the Sword Coast, Icewind Dale I & II, Temple of Elemental Evil, etc.

    Hello

I suggest you follow the methods below to solve the problem:

    Method 1:

I suggest you to update the graphics driver.

Please visit the below mentioned link for update drivers:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

    Method 2:

You can try to play the game in clean boot mode. You can use a clean boot to load only the Microsoft process to see if this happens because of something in the operating system or a third-party program. Please visit the below mentioned link to run the computer in clean boot mode.

    Method 3:

The issue can also occur because of the corrupted user profile. I suggest to create a new user account and see if that solves the problem. Please use the mentioned link to create a new account below:

  • in the full desktop screen I try to go on my hotmail page and it opens even when online a few pages and not opens full screen

Trying to open my hotmail to my office screen and it will not open full screen I tried solutions for XP and Vista, but it did not help. And also some sites when I'm online does not open full page. It's a little annoying please help with a solution.

How did your problem related to Windows Update?

Close all but one of these small windows (Internert Explorer?). 'Catch' the corners of the remaining window with your cursor and 'stretch' up to size but do NOT maximize! Now close the resized window.

The resized window MUST be the last closed window so that its size remember.

Or you can install IE New Window Maximizer and forget it!
