  For some reason, Microsoft programs, I have installed on my Macbook Pro, including word, excellent and powerpoint, will not be full screen in their own office tabs.  When you click on the button to decompress the file in its own tab office + Green, the window covers just everything that is on the current tab.  Here is a screenshot attached.  The screenshot shows the «expanded» word document  In the past, when you click on the green button, it would be fully filtered file on its own tab.  Any ideas on the cause and a fix?  This only happens with Microsoft programs.

  Full screen, if you right-click in the top of the screen, is there a check mark in front of "hide the toolbars? Otherwise, go ahead and click to re-enable it. The corresponding preference on the matter: config is browser.fullscreen.autohide (default is true).

  I have a large number of games installed on my computer. At least 90% of them appear not in the size of the full screen, but they are displayed in a small window with a large amount of black screen that surrounds the window. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. However, I don't think that it has nothing to do with Windows as my husband is running the same games on his Toshiba Satellite L300, exactly the same version of windows running, and they are all displayed in full screen.

  You should go to the control panel and you must choose the Intel graphics Media Accelerator for Mobile.

  Open Control Panel and double-click on display - which will open the Windows XP display menu.

  Display Menus differ, then the next steps depend on the type of video card.  Therefore, you may have to adapt the following instructions.  However, a good place showing would be click on settings, then advanced.

  The display Menu will probably be a tab marked adapter.  If Yes, click the map tab and see if it allows you to display a list of the different modes of your video card supports.  Try the different modes.  (If you have a standard 4:3 ratio monitor, try the modes 4:3 ratio.  If you have a widescreen 16:9, try ratio 16:9 modes).

  I did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 - bit edition on my new laptop HP Pavilion DM4-2015dx from Best Buy. I was able to find the drivers for all devices except the touchpad. Currently, the touchpad functionality is limited to basic operations. I can't scroll, pinch zoom, etc. I tried the latest drivers of Synaptics Touchpad HP and Synaptics site without a bit of luck. The touchpad is simply recognized as generic "Standard Pointing Device."

  When I go into deivce prperties for the touchpad I see only the options for assignment of the buttons. There is no option to activate the rollers vertical or horizontal, pinch zoom, etc. Help, please!

  OK, so I found what the problem was. Initially, I assumed that the touchpad is a Synaptics touchpad. It is NOT the case. The touchpad is "Alps pointing device". The drivers installed with HP Pavilion DM4-2015dx out of the box are dated 18/02/2011 version 7.206.1717.117 as Alps pointing device. These particular drivers were not found on the HP website. However, there are similar drivers of 2010 that work very well. Here is a link:

  Without the right drivers you will also find expreince the cursor jump effect where the cursor will jump at random on the screen locations as you type. It has nothing to do with the user touching the touchpad. It's just that the generic touchpad Windows drivers are NOT compatible with the Alps touchpad.

  A final word for HP. PLEASE post all drivers for HP Pavilion DM4-2015dx on your Internet site, as well as ALL the HP utility.
