Games do not play

I had the same computer for years and since I received the SP2 and SP3 upgrades, most of the games have stopped playing... they do not load when you are prompted to PLAY the game or they failed immediately the loading process begins... it happens on different games like Sim City4-Rush Hour, Giant2 industry Europa Universalis2, 3, Civilization4, Caesar4 and many others.  No idea why this should be, as they all worked but in the past on the same computer.

  • The problem of recognition of graphics card - games but not play videos in VISTA.

I have a VISTA 32 bit OS and I use a NVIDIA Geforce 8600 graphics card. Windows recognizes that the graphics card is installed and I can play with my normal settings. I am able to put a 1280 x 1024 resolution and the graphics card appear in my display settings. The problem comes when I try and play the videos or anything that requires the graphics card in Windows. The video plays but is extremely rough, performance windows rated my graphics as 1.0 performance index and Director of windows will not open even as it says I have no graphics acceleration. I uninstalled and reinstalled the card but windows itself seems unable to use card during normal operation of windows only in games longer. Please help it's driving me crazy that the card seems to be working but windows is in conflict with something. Thank you, Michael.

  • iTunes game will not play the most recent copy

I bought a CD of Madonna in China and copied into my iTunes library. But when I listened, it turned a very bad quality of the sound, so I removed it. Now, I bought a new CD and copied to iTunes, but when I want to listen to it, iTunes playing the first version (removed). How can I convince iTunes and iTunes game to play the latest copy?

You must remove the album from your library fully so that iTunes game no longer has a track in your music library to iCloud. You can then extract a new copy of the CD in the library again and it should download/match correctly.

What kind of error do you get?  Pogo problems have to do with the firewall that you are behind.  Pogo communicates with servers through your network, and if your firewall rules are too restrictive will not work for you.  You can contact the customer service of Pogo for more help with this problem, like all firewall and security software is different, it would be difficult for me to make trouble for you.
