General complaint on the HP Support

Good if my computer crashed completely so I finally had enough money to send it in for repair. It's a TouchSmart TM2T. The main reason I got it is for drawing. And I appreciate it has been fixed a little when I sent it. But they went through all the trouble of replacing the touchscreen (I said ttyhem was not the problem, since when I took in Office Max to see if they could fix it, and when I did, they tried using the external monitor and it did not work) and the hard drive AND the keyboard, I had broken a few keys out of , as well as the motherboard (which was most likely the problem with him in the first place). Can I get it back and there is a problem with the start of freezing at the Windows Logo then sporatically then to use it. Then... I reinstall Windows thinking that was the problem. He did even when Windows tried to install, the motherboard they replaced is probably faulty. So they had me send in. I'll be back and he has the SAME problem AND Windows is a corrupted version that has all sorts of problems. So I still send it BACK for the second time. Can I get it back and they replaced the hard drive AGAIN and the replacement power adapter, I bought because original ttyhe fried and was shooting sparks. So I call back then for the third time, and they tell me they will replace my computer because ttyhey cannot set (or not). And I told the guy on the phone you with that I want a computer draw and they don't downgrade, said. So I wait for the email to care about them and they offered me a dv4t has an i3 processor (mine was an i5), 4 GB of RAM (mine was 6) and no dedicated video card (mine had a Radeon). The only thing not decommissioned was the hard drive and the screen was 14 "compared to my 12" touch-screen (which is always a downgrade). In all the actuallity my BROKEN computer that must be restarted twice each morning AND two or three times during the rest of the day is better than that. I knew I made a mistake buying an HP, but they were the only tablet at the time (almost exactly a year before he broke out, weird warranty has been in the previous month) that had everything I wanted and seemed to be the best choice. I'll just try for a refund of upgrade to a new computer and use repair this broken one I spent more than $1,200 less repairs. TOTAL WASTE! Able to just replace the motherboard with one that works.

Update...

I finally called them back today now that I have a phone and the guy told me that my refund would be calculated in proportion of the time that I started the repair process. So... in other words, the GREEDY company wants to only give back me some of my money for something that didn't work properly the day I returned from their part. And to top it off. the first time, it was sent via FedEx priority overnight, the second time... Express the second day... the third time, Ground (long weekend). So the proportion is not even for the time only! I have! a computer. And after that I wouldn't even be able to sell on ebay for the parties to move to a new computer, because I have to return the computer to them (which they would most likely fix one of the problems to which they refused to fix my ONE YEAR OLD computer that broke THE MONTH AFTER THE WARRANTY). Only, then they can keep their money and their quality of SERVICE and GREED. Hope someone on ebay can get use out of the screen, hard drive and memory.

When I received an email in East of "support non-response' who said ' I have asked the team concerned to study in what respect $76,13 billed and will come back to you once we hear from the team." I answered twice and provided for my bank information confirming the money deducted from my account by adobe and have had no response in 3 days.

    I think that this level of support is not entirely satisfactory and that a problem like mine should be treated with a higher level of care by the support team. It shouldn't take more than a week to send me an email telling me that they had someone looking into it. I asked my membership be reactivated with no response.

    Does anyone know of a number of direct contact or email so that I can reach out to someone who may be able to solve my problem at a faster rate? and also to make a formal complaint about the abuse by management.

    Unfortunately there is no substantive complaints hotline.  If you can find a member of the staff of Adobe here in the forums and send them a private message, they would be willing to go further and push your question through resolution.

  • BakerlessPillowwork in the Application Support folder

    I went looking for suspicious files after clicking a download link shaded and found this in my root (?) Record of Support request. Mention this because otherwise I would have thought it was a new file placed by an update, but I have not updated my OSX in awhile

    Inside the BakerlessPillowworks folder is an application of process simply called 'agent' and .plist files.

    I force quit on the process of 'agent' in the activity monitor and put the folder in the trash on a case where (are not empty, but I think that all signs point to him having to be removed)

    I found nothing else on this file for my bets are that it is new, but I hope that someone else could have seen or have a better idea of what it is or what to do.

    Here, something is usually an empty string of sense, for example one of the following:

    Here are examples, not a comprehensive list. The chain could be anything, and there might be more value of something. Looking for a group of files with the same date of change who match the description.

    Lately, the striker of "InstallMac" a were quick strings 'AppRemoval', 'download', 'ltvbit' and 'update' in the names of its records. For example, you might see file names such as these, instead of the above:

    You may have more than one copy of the malware, with different values of something.

    Place all of these in the trash. If there are other files whose name begins with something, those in the trash also move. You can get a caveat that some files are locked; Delete them anyway.

    Once you've done that, we may not have anything left in the LaunchAgents folder; in this case, you can remove the folder, but otherwise does not delete it. Other files in the folder are not necessarily malicious (though they may be, if you have also installed another type of malware).

    Log off or restart the computer. The Trojan horse should now be inactive.

    3. This step is optional. Open the folder as in step 1:

    ~/Library/Application Support

    and move it to the trash of the subfolders with the name, something you found in step 2.

    Do not move the Application Support folder or anything else inside.

    4. open the Applications folder. If there is an element named something, or "Hell Zip", or with any of the other names listed in step 2, then drag it to the trash.

    If in doubt, press option-command-4 key combination to get the apps by date added. Look at the apps that have been added since you first noticed the problem. If there is one, that you don't recognize, drag it to the trash.

    You can get an alert that the item is locked. Confirm that you want to move to the trash.

    Empty the trash.

    If you receive an alert that the application is running, force it to quit.

    5. from the Safari menu bar, select

    ▹ Safari preferences... ▹ Extensions

    Uninstall all extensions, you don't know that you need. When in doubt, remove all of them. None is required for normal operation. Do the equivalent with Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use one of the people.

    If the window does not open, restart the computer in safe mode. Some caches maintained by the system will be rebuilt.

    6. replace the search engine and home page in each of your browsers, if either has been changed. In Safari, first load the desired home page, then select

    RIM does not guarantee other support devices by wireless companies.  So, if you buy from someone and they don't give you a guarantee then you will get probably no guarantee through RIM.   That's the pitfall of equipment from unauthorized dealers.  I am a TMobile customer we.  However, I can't directly call the RIM and get warranty support.  If I want to RIM support I have to pay $50 for the case.  But, if I called TMobile and they can't solve my problem they can escalate my case to RIM without cost to me.

    I tried to contact customer service about a problem I had with my DirectX, and frankly, the 'service', I received from the client has been obnoxious. On the rare times where I actually managed to get in touch with someone, I was treated with complete disregard. For example, I was on a live chat this morning, and after asking three times if I could speak to a supervisor, she agrees finally to connect to one. Twenty minutes later I had not plugged to a supervisor, so I let her know that I've been waiting for twenty minutes. She closed simply disconnected the cat and I now have to wait several hours to be connected to another cat. Microsoft employees have been totally disrespectful to me and their service has been horrible. How can I make a complaint about the problems I had to deal with? And how can I get in touch with someone who will really help me to solve my problem, as they are supposed to. You know, because it's their job?

    I just wanted you to (a) I had a very similar experience today that sent my blood pressure skyrocket through the roof and (b) the 'support' (?) provided by MS seems to have got better with the release of Win10.     To be fair (?) to Microsoft, they're probably dealing with a considerable number of complaints, requests and similar with the launch of Win10, but in no case should justify "hang up" on frustrated users who are asking valid questions about Microsoft products. Will not create us these problems, and many of us have been "actively encouraged" to use Microsoft products through some pretty compelling marketing - Microsoft is expected to provide some of this service of 'better quality' and 'innovation' they like to make out in their campaigns in the media.

    If you want to deepen your question, you might be able to find a back door into the network MS. try to do an internet search on the Microsoft contacts in your country - they like to push to good media on themselves, so you can be able to find someone who handles issues related to the consumer media. If you feel that, send them an email or (if you're lucky enough to get a phone number), give them a call. No guarantee of operation, but you can try.

    I have this Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 for the last year and I am generally satisfied with his performance. I got Windows 7 Ultimate edition provided by my dealer and it worked well all round. I joined Dell Community a few months ago and downloaded and installed DELL QUICKSET from Dell Support site as an update. Before installing Quickset suite Bluetooth to my laptop would work fine, but after installing quick adjustment, it has stopped working. Without doubt, I disturbed the sequence

    Recently, I installed a new copy of Windows 7 and follow the order appropriate for the installation of the driver. I couldn't find a driver Bluetooth of independent outside the BHS + WLAN driver on the dell support Web page. The laptop recognize the Bluetooth and Wireless LAN adapter but cannot start the two. I found the wireless LAN driver, but the driver now Bluetooth is not available on the official Dell support site. I tried online diagnostics and research on the Dell Support programs but could not find.

    Inspiron 15R N5110 goes hand in hand with a combo (Wi - Fi and Bluetooth) card and the drivers are not provided separately. You will need to download the driver of combo on the Dell site.

  • Complaint about the inability to change payment information

    As there is no place to write a complaint to and the customer service talk to answer the most basic of problems, I'll put it here.

    I think it's ridiculous that I cannot change the credit card I use to pay my subscription of cc of adobe. I can change it only to one who is registered to an address in my country of origin, but I moved to the United Kingdom since the subscription and would like to pay with the card I use here, so that I can cancel my old one and avoid unnecessary bills. The only solution that I received through the chat support is to cancel my account and re - register, of course at a higher price!

    It seems that the more a company monopolizes a market, more they feel the right to treat their customers like garbage. It is very bad customer service.

    You must create the userContent.css file and possibly the record chrome as well if they do not yet exist.
    Note that the names are case-sensitive.

    • Create the folder chrome (lowercase) in the .default < xxxxxxxx > profile folder if the folder does not exist
    • Use a text editor like Notepad to create a file userContent.css (new) in the folder chrome (file name is case sensitive)
    • Paste the code into the userContent.css file in the Editor window
    • Make sure that you select "All files" and not "text files" when you save the file via "save file as" in the text editor as userContent.css.
      Otherwise, Windows can add a hidden .txt file extension and you end up with one does not not userContent.css.txt file
