GEO Tagging pdf Documents

Already had Acrobat 9 Extended Pro that was lost when my hard drive crashed.  Adobe no longer supports this version and serial number no longer works.  In any case, it's my problem and the loss at this point.  I used this version of Acrobat for pdf files of Geo tag with geographic coordinates.  My question is what version currently supported in Acrobat contains this feature?   Thanks in advance,

Dan C

Did you check the link I mentioned in my comment above?

You can create a geospatial PDF in one of these ways:

  • Open a geospatial enabled TIFF (GeoTIFF) or JPEG 2000 file
  • Do a map in PDF format or scanning of geospatial data

When you open an imported file, measurements, position of the comma, and length are displayed in the point of geographical coordinates, you can change, measure, and mark up. You can also mount a map in PDF from a variety of sources.

This information help?

Kind regards
Rahul

I arrived as well. You must reassign Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader as the default PDF Manager...

Open Adobe Reader (not Acrobat, if you have it on your system); go to 'Edit' 'Preferences', 'General '; the bottom of the General settings to the right of "select Default PDF Handler '; Pull down and select the Manager PDF (Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader).

  • signature of a pdf document

I just upgraded to OS X 10.11.5 and use Adobe Reader 10.1.4. I would like to add a signature to a PDF document that I opened. The signature is already created in the preview and I can't find the image it under Tools > annotate > Signature. Adobe request type, draw or use a picture to insert the signature. What is the location of the file for the signature that I can see a preview? On a somewhat related topic, how can I add a signature to an e-mail message?

  • I can't open PDF documents

When I click on a PDF file, a new tab opens. It gives me the opportunity to open the document directly or save it - that's what I have set preferences to do. When I try one of these options, however, nothing happens. It doesn't open a new empty tab. My specs are lower. I have run all relevant software updates.

    System: OS X 10.8.2

    Adobe Reader: 10.1.5

    Firefox: 18.0.1

I've seen this problem on other posts and I did some research on the web. I tried the solutions that were provided and worked for other people, however I have noticed they were running old versions of some software, etc. Interestingly, I CAN open PDFs that come to me or that I send through Gmail.

I did the following in accordance with the notice that I saw:

    Erased my downloads list

Tried to disable the NPAPI Adobe plug-in

In my Firefox preferences: I put open Adobe PDF documents. I also tried with preview. None of them worked.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

That worked very well for me.
