Get a security alert protection I have 81 virus but my antivirus software shows no

I have a virus that took on my administrator account. I am writing this post for a subaccount of my computer.

As soon as I log on my administrator account, the message is on the screen telling me that my computer has been infectious with 81 virus.

It won't let me connect to internet at all. I ran the analysis of Mcafee and you have run the complete analysis that shows that I have no viruses or infections.

I had a chat with their tech support, but nothing helped. They give this link which brings back me to pay per session page. I gave them permission

to access my computer remotely, but could not see the screen blinking on my administrator account. I ask him if I cound switch so he can

See the screen. He said yes so I went and nothing happened, when I switch back to the secondary account, that he had put an end to my chat session.

Try again and they just send a link to pay per session.

I'm not too smart tech. I ran the microsoft safety scanner, and it shows the same thing as Mcafee scan I have no viruses.

From now on, I have not clicked on the button I accept to download their anti virus protection program as I do not have what will happen if I do.

Can any of you give me a few essential tips? I have to go and get another anti-virus program or take my computer to a

Shop?

Thank you, Kino

To get started try to download this tool:

http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

And the full implementation of the system scan with it in admin account and if detect something, then delete them.

If it fails, then restart your PC and press F8 key several times and chose the safe mode and then run from safemode and full scan the system.

If also defective, then contact support for Microsoft Security:

Thank you for posting the exact text of the message you get, verbatim. It is not
legitimate and you shouldn't send them anything. We'll know more as soon as
You see the message, but always certainly you are infected by a rogue
antivirus protection. The message telling you that you have a virus is itself
    malware.

  • Updated for Firefox 36.0 now get Windows Security Alert

    Hello

    Updated for firefox 36.0 24/02/15
Now to get a Windows security alert
Windows Firewall has blocked some features of this program.
    Name: Firefox
    Publisher: Mozilla Corporation
    Path: C:\program files (x 86) \mozilla firefox\firefox.exe
Private networks is enabled and grayed out.
Public networks box is not checked and ask to allow access.

When I look at the programs allowed through firewall it shows Firefox 2 programs.
    Firefox---(la case est décochée)
    Firefox C:\program files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox)---(case cochée)

    Also on 24/02/15
There are updates Windows 7 and an update of definition of MSE.

When I started the computer 25/02/15 the Windows security alert appeared.

I have not allowed access to Windows Security Alert window.

Why this security alert Windows has been published?

The Windows security alert is the only issue.
Firefox works normally. He never does not.
I have internet access on my private network.

    I use Classic theme restaurateur.
What's interesting after clicking on menu + customize, I moved the icon Hello in the box additional tools and features.

    When updating to 36.0 FF
    Hello icon brought itself automatically.

I just clicked Cancel on the dialog box and the Windows security alert went away.
Everything that Firefox still seems to work fine.

If she comes back, I will inform this thread.

    Thanks,

  • Since I installed Firefox, I get CONSTANT security alerts 'expired certificate' when I go to most any website, even those I visit regularly. Help!

Please see my original question above. Since I switched from IE to Firefox, I can't even to view Aetna medical claims. Even YOUR help site, had a notice of upcoming certificate expired and I had to click through the tabs 'override' to continue. I get "Security alert" for security certificate expired on almost every single website, that I will. I just keep clicking on 'Yes' when asked do you want to continue. It's horrible. I tried to use a page I found that told me to go to tools, then Options, then Web features to 'Allow sites', but it doesn't have the choice to click on «web feature»

  • I have a virus, but where?

I just started out of Office responses from my contacts and have had a call from a friend saying that I have sent 2 emails in 30mins last that something like this:

    Hey!

    Signed with my email address.

    -----

I went through all the threads here who say "Mac don't you virus ', but I have one... or something not?

I have used Clamxav on my two machines, and he called a white.

My email is through gmail, using mail on the Macs and iPhones, OX10.8.5

It is a fairly common phenomenon that does not have any type of malicious software on your computer.

It's a simple matter to send electronic messages of anywhere in the world with a fake "from:" address. The recipient can know who actually sent the message by looking at the header files, but the simplest is to present the source (including the headers) of SpamCop.

The only other question is why these messages don't seem to go to your friends. It is usually the result of your gmail account, after having been hacked somehow. Could be that you have answered in a phishing e-mail you asking the box enter your username and password or they could just used a brute force method to understand your password after you have found somewhere with e-mail address. Once they are able to connect to your Gmail using WebMail, they have access to all your contacts.  So, I change my password immediately, then connect to mail.gmail.com and select 'Settings' of the gear icon near top right, click on the "Accounts and import" tab and less "grant access to your account:" give of course is not any door account surreptitiously entered. This feature is very convenient when you have a Secretary to deal with your e-mail, but allows easy access to any intruder who manages to get.

    Hello

What virus you have, and what security is disconnected? Could be a total hoax, a thug
a program that tries to make you pay to remove something that's really at the origin.

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect as the
    cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the payload. Then
its best to be thorough than paying the high price later now too. Check with them to one
extreme overkill point and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

  • Vista-Security Alert-Malware Protection & Defender

I use Avira AntiVir Premium as my anti-virus program.  There has been no problems so far but when I turned on my computer yesterday, I received an alert Windows Security Security Center Windows says that Windows did not find antivirus software on this computer & also that Windows Defender is disabled.  I checked Avira that says that it is active.  How can I get Windows to recognize my antivirus software again & also to keep or display Windows Defender as being on?

Also, make sure that you have already installed the latest service pack for windows.
