  What I would do;

It automatically tries to get the activation code by going online, but it stops and says unable to connect at this time, "calling support '; but cannot get Adobe by phone and this phone says trail finally this product only is not supported by phone.  To start it requires an activation code and go online to get a response code requires a request for code I do not have. What is the next step? I just want to be back up and working. Thanks for any help.

  Insert your CD, cancel all the pages that open and restart, press F12, this will take you to the Boot Menu, select your CD-ROM drive using the arrows and press ENTER. Follow the instructions! You must delete the data from the hard drive and reformat it to NTFS. No problem, Post back!
