  It depends on the type of blocks of security in your work email. I was able to set up my work email account in my Firefox OS device without any problems.

  Please contact your IT Department for more information on SMTP and IMAP addresses and ports that must be configured.

  This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are not sent or otherwise blocked.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

• Why Outlook Web App (owa) as a tab app do not emphasize when I get a new email? Gmail does.

  I'm trying to give up my email client and use OWA only as an app tab in firefox. Everything goes well on the end of things firefox except that when I get a new email, the tab won't like gmail does when I get a new email.
