  By default, the jqsnotify.exe process loads automatically when you start your system. However, jqsnotify.exe is not an essential process and can be easily loaded manually if necessary.

  You can disable Java Quick Starter on the computer and check if it helps.

  2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  Try to uninstall and reinstall Java software and check if the problem persists.

  Uninstall the existing JRE software

  a. click on the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel". Depending on the configuration of your Start Menu, this point may be located in the folder "Settings."

  b. open utility programs from your system. In Windows Vista or Windows 7, the icon is labeled "Programs & features" or "Uninstall a program" depending on your folder settings. The icon is labeled "Add / Remove Programs" in Windows XP.

  Chances are that the culprit is your antivirus software. Don't let it analyze your Thunderbird profiles folder. Do not scan incoming and outgoing messages. Don't let it scan attachments. Remove any antivirus modules, it can be installed in Thunderbird.
