Trojan - PSW.win32 and hachtookwin/welenate

How to remove this Trojan nasty on top of the laboratory of my wife. An operating system is Vista. I used Malwarebytes anti-Malware for a year

on my main computer and I tried on my Labtop wife, but it won't work. What suggestions do you have?

Hi Larry,

When you say that Malwarebytes won't work, do you mean that the malware does not run a scan? You can try Malwarebytes 'Chameleon'

The virus deleted the files in system restore, shut down access to the Task Manager, turned the remote access to the computer "on" and created a user account for itself, making it an administrator. ". It has blocked access to the internet and little almost every executable there is on this machine. After trying every difficulty I could gather, including "computer beeps" suggestions, malwarebytes download, download spyware from doctors, I even tried downloading kav12.0.0.374en, I did the rkill and tkill but nothing find and eliminate the infection, at each reboot, that pop-ups will reappear after a few minutes.

Finally, against my better judgment, I ran "NPE.exe" of norton that I had to run because the virus kept blocking the executable running from security 'start of command-line only' mode. After graduating with the NPE success to start and run, he eliminated all traces of the virus and I rebooted the xp cpu with zero evidence that the machine was infected however the only way to use one of the applications is to go to the directory where are and run executables and windows applications, as all the games etc Notepad, wordpad, paint... tell me that the rundll32 has disappeared, but it is right in the system32 directory where it belongs. This computer is my mother, and there is no backup to speak, is there any where I can find the system settings to restore all other paths then restore the deleted system files?

How to remove Trojan - Spy.Win32.Banker.aiw

It's a false alarm or a Windows malware attachment in email (a common occurrence for most users of e-mail). No one can hurt you, and you don't need to do anything. Just do not pass to someone else.

You have no need to do is get rid of the software "anti-virus" (AV). All these software are worse than useless.

Malware Windows is so widespread that you must assume that it is in each attachment until proof to the contrary. If you are just curious to know if a file is recognized as malware by the AV engines, you can download it from the "VirusTotal" site, where it will be tested against most of them. I do not recommend doing this with a file that may contain private information. A negative result is no evidence of anything either, because the AV software is not reliable.

Never leave any AV software remove or 'quarantine' send messages or attachments. This will damage the messaging database.

    Windows XP

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the machine starts first, yet once it will list usually some equipment that is installed on your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a menu of Advanced Options in Windows XP.
    3. Select the Safe Mode with networking option using the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start safe mode.
    5. Make all the necessary tasks and when finished restart to start in normal mode.
