  We will start the computer Safe Mode to check if the problem occurs in Mode without failure. If the problem does not occur in Mode safe, then you can try to set up your computer in a clean boot state to find what startup item or service is causing the problem.

  There is nothing you can do to 'up' the resolution. The video card and display will allow no more than 1024 x 600...

  If you want more performance more than what you already have, consider adding RAM and change the HARD disc on a SSD type...

  It can also be a problem with the game running through Facebook server.  I noticed a difference in great step lately with Farmville on Facebook compared to when I started playing.  You should check to see if it seems to be the same on the other PC.  I noticed the problem on several machines in different places, so I know that it was not limited to a PC.

  To get there, press the windows key and type in "features " without the quotes and then click on "turn on or off windows features ". "" In the window that appears, you should games and next to it a button "+". Go ahead and click the button "+". You should see Chess titans here. If it is unchecked then go ahead and check it and click OK when you are finished. It should appear in the Games folder in the start menu and Explorer games now.
