Get rid of a face ID

I can't get rid of the "click to name" bar on the left of the picture below. There is no circle with an "X" appears normally allow me to remove. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a task pane in a column of 3 inches on the left side of my desk. How can I get rid of this nuisance? There is no little 'X', no way to do a right click don't delete, no way to move its border. It's right here... IN YOUR FACE!

Okay, so I searched and searched online several tutorials on how to rid my photo of a blurry fence. The object behind the thin wire fence is in perfect focus. I can get rid of the fence behind the Zebra, but have yet to figure out how to get rid of the fence on the Zebra.

I use Photoshop CS5. Can anyone recommend anything to tide me over? You can see the fence across his face, hooves, parts of legs, ears and across his body. It would be fantastic if the candy fence could be deleted!

In fact, I found that you can rid an image of an intervening fence like this using burning tool often. With the right shape/size brush, it is often possible to darken the detail of the image that is there to hide the fence almost completely from view.

Here are just a few minutes work with mainly the Dodge value tool shadows... Once the weight has been reduced in general, go to individual channels to fine-tune and do things slowly and subtly.
