Get rid of hover border

I personalized the style of the scrollbar due mainly to this article.

However, the increment/decrement button, I get a border when you move it. How can I remove this effect?

.scroll-bar:vertical {
    -fx-background-color:transparent;
}

.scroll-bar:vertical .decrement-arrow {
    -fx-background-repeat: no-repeat;
    -fx-background-image : url('scrollUp.png');
    -fx-shape: "";
    -fx-padding: 16px, 15px;
    -fx-background-color:transparent;
}
.scroll-bar:vertical .increment-arrow {
    -fx-background-repeat: no-repeat;
    -fx-background-image : url('scrollDown.png');
    -fx-shape: "";
    -fx-padding: 16px, 15px;
    -fx-background-color:transparent;
}
.scroll-bar:vertical .increment-arrow:hover,
.scroll-bar:vertical .decrement-arrow:hover {
    -fx-border-style: none;
}

.scroll-bar:horizontal .thumb,
.scroll-bar:vertical .thumb {
    -fx-background-color:derive(rgb(234, 193, 23),90%);
    -fx-background-insets: 0, 0, 0;
    -fx-background-radius: 0em;
}

Have a style definition for the hover has no effect. What I've seen with ScenicView which is on the area behind the button that corresponds to a drop shadow effect. Which would be the cause?

In my view, that the shadow is there all the time. Modena.CSS, I see these two definitions:

.scroll-bar > .increment-button:hover,
.scroll-bar > .decrement-button:hover {
    -fx-color: -fx-hover-base;
}
.scroll-bar > .increment-button:hover > .increment-arrow,
.scroll-bar > .decrement-button:hover > .decrement-arrow {
    -fx-background-color: -fx-mark-highlight-color,derive(-fx-base,-50%);
}

I have not tried but I guess these are the ones you must override (as opposed to - fx-border-style).

    Frank,

    This seems odd. There may be something wrong, is below.

    Can we get rid of the stuff of border/white with Select > same > fill color and remove all white paths (you may need to perform a few unbundling)?

    The following is a general list of things you can try when the question is not in a specific file (you tried/made some of them already). 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically preferences might be corrupt); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

    (1) close Illy and open again.

    (2) restart the computer (you can do that up to 3 times);

    (3) close Illy and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Option + shift during startup (easy, but irreversible);

    4) move the folder (follow the link with this name) with closed Illy (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);

    5 look through and try the relevant among the other options (click on the link with that name, item 7) is a list of the usual suspects among other applications which can disturb and confuse Illy, point 15) applies to the maybe CS5, CS6 and CC);

    Even worse, you can:

    (6) uninstall, run the vacuum cleaner tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and then reinstall.

  • How to get rid of the border of the touch control on the magnifying glass of Windows?

    I need to be able to disable the border touch on the magnifying glass, as seen on the edges of the picture here.

    For some reason any Windows 8 or the integrated Intel GPU not dimensionnera anything on my Tablet (for 640 x 480 games rest in a small box in the middle of the screen rather than stretching to fill most of the screen). Samsung told me it's a Windows 8 delivers so if anyone can help me with there also would be great.

    To work around this problem I was forcing some games in windowed mode, then using the magnifying glass to blow up to an acceptable size.

    It works fine when I use a mouse, but as soon as I start to use the S-pen supplied with my Tablet (Samsung Ativ Smart PC) those annoying borders continue to flow upward, apparently to show me where I can move around the screen magnification. I want that this turned off, there must be a way to do this? Or as preference for completely disable touchscreen navigation of the Magnifier.

    If not, can anyone suggest an alternative Loupe tool that doesn't have these borders around the edges, when I use touch?

    Thanks in advance.

    Edit: Is it not the kind of thing that can be disabled in the registry? I had a quick glance and could see no obvious tactile control don't enable the setting, but maybe someone else has a better idea?

    I also find the boring border.  Very disappointed with the answers.  However, I came across the solution.  With two fingers, a border on each side, tap, hold, and drag inward. This is.

  • How can I get rid of the black border around my screen?

    After an update, my screen resolution changed for no reason. Tried to change, but now I have a black border around my screen that I can't get rid of.

    Hello

    Windows Update will sometimes offer you updates of graphics drivers; NEVER accept them.

    Only go graphics drivers of your computer or the manufacturer of the graphics Web site map.

    Go to the website of your computer manufacturer > drivers download Section > then key in your computer model number > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.

    Then try to change the screen resolution.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

    Here is the information on the Windows updates.

    Microsoft gives sometimes you updates for the 3rd party hardware: graphics, network cards, etc.

    You should only get the latest drivers for them to real hardware manufacturer's website, as Microsoft normally does nor those have the most recent drivers available as Microsoft relies of the 3rd party hardware Manufactuer to provide.

    But unfortunately, the only way to know which is the update of the problem is to install them one by one, until you find the 'wrong' for your installation.

    You can do a system restore to get back until it has been installed (which is NOT the best way to remove an update) or follow this method:

    'Remove an update'

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/remove-an-update

    When you have found the issue of update of the list of updates which is presented > then right click on the update problem > select Hide update > and it will not be available to you once again

    "How to hide or show an update of Windows Vista"

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/72491-Windows-Update.html

    Here's how to chanage update settings, if you think it is necessary to:

    "Understanding Windows Update and Extras in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/Windows-Vista-updates-and-extras/

    Or the other of these two update settings will give you the chance to see what you want to install through Windows updates;

    Download updates but let me choose whether to install them - if you select this option, Windows will download the updates on your computer, but not install them automatically. If you want to install updates, then you must install them manually. You should only select this option if you have a reason to not install updates automatically. Only advanced users should use this option.

    Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them - if you select this option, you'll be alerted when there are new updates available for download and install. You can then choose to download and install the updates that you want. This option should really be reserved for people who know exactly which updates they need, or those who have little access to the Internet.

    But remember you normally only have problems with hardware 3rd party drivers. Other updates are to improve the Performance and security of your system

    See you soon.

    border of 1 inch on my gateway DX4300 desktop and I cannot get rid of it. I have a Dell ST2310 HDMI. I tried the ATI driver to this day and used the upscaling up to 0. When restart my computer I can't see the commissioning or put my PC in safe mode. I need help.

    Hello

    Try to update the graphics card drivers for the monitor to which you connect to the laptop using HDMI. Visit the manufacturer's Web site to do the same.

  • Get rid of the highlight around the border when a TableView Gets the focus

    Hello

    Is there a way remove the highlight around the border of a TableView when it gets the focus?

    Thank you.

    The relevant css of caspian.css to /sdk/rt/lib/jfxrt.jar is:

    /** Draws focus border around tableview */
    .table-view:focused {
        -fx-background-color: -fx-focus-color,-fx-box-border,-fx-control-inner-background;
        -fx-background-insets: -1.4, 0, 1;
        -fx-background-radius: 1.4, 0, 0;

        /* There is some oddness if padding is in em values rather than pixels,
           in particular, the left border of the control doesn't show. */
        -fx-padding: 1; /* 0.083333em; */
    }

    To get rid of the update screen, just define a css stylesheet customised for your application that replaces the table: pseudo-class concentrate, for example:

    .table-view:focused { -fx-background-color: transparent,-fx-box-border,-fx-control-inner-background; }

    I use a brush "blood splatter" freeware but when I place it there is a ugly border surrounding it - same thickness as the brush stroke.  However, it is not part of the effect of the brush real itself.

    I see that the brush shapes are black, it's good to start. Drag the brush to the artboard and check if it is the correct black for the color mode used. Double-click the brush in the palette forms, then check the options of colorization: it must be "dyed". Then you simply assign an outline color that is apllied to the brush
