  • Copy the email address in the Outlook Express window that opens when you click the e-mail address, and then paste into a new e-mail message in Windows Live Hotmail
  • Install Windows Live Mail and configure it to access your Hotmail account. Then, whenever you click an e-mail address, it will open Windows Live Mail and send properly!

  If it's something you do often, Windows Live Mail is an excellent choice and will make this process much easier for you.   The above message, this is what I get when I try to buy my product code for a serial number. I bought a wacom tablet Intuos Pro that came with a free subscription to Photoshop, but I cannot access the product and just get the same error message.  I have "pussy" with 7 different customer service agents, tried 3 different browsers (chrome, IE, safari) and still no joy.  Originally customer service agents me just wait 2-3 hours and the problem will be solved, then 24 hours and now 3 days - anypne else encounter this problem?  Any ideas on how to fix it?

  I recently upgraded to Vista SP1 SP2 and now I get an error message when I try to use Toshiba Disc Creator 2.0.1.3. "An unexpected error has occurred. Error code 32007C-26-00000001 "it worked perfectly before.

  This is the first time that I used it since the update so I think that SP2 may be part of the problem, but I'm not sure. I could not find updates for TDC. My system is a Satellite L305-S5919 with Vista 32 bit.

  Have you tried to roll back the OS in time and checking the previous features once again, just to be sure, it has something to do with the installation of SP2?

  I put t know if anyone here can offer a solution but I m quite pessimistic in this topic and don t think that Toshiba provide new version.

  You have a corruption of dbx file easily corrected.

  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

  After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

  Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

  General precautions for Outlook Express:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  Make sure you have both. (1 of 2) file .7z and .exe file (2 of 2) under the same folder files
