  In your case, you should check if your BIOS is up to date. If this isn't the case, then update the BIOS. But to be honest, I guess there could be a hardware problem.

  2. what was the recent change in hardware or software performed on the computer before the question?

  If you receive an error for "msijmm32.dll", it's a Trojan infection masquerading as a system file.

  If you receive an error message about 'msimg32.dll' is a correspondent for desktop applications and transparent bits in Windows system file.

  If you are able to boot to your desktop, please run a virus scan that the file 'msijmm32.dll' is a known infection.

  If you are facing the error for the dll file msimg32.dll, try re-record it manually in safe mode or in normal mode.

  b. type term (right click and run as administrator)
  c. type regsvr32 msimg32.dll and press enter
