  I need to retrieve the value of SelectOneChoice and use it in our code. But when I use obj.getValue () to return to index.
  
  Ex:
  1 created Datacontrol and deleted as SelectOneChoice

  3. If I select JPY in drop-down list then I expect to use JPY in code.

  I tried to use LOV instead of SelectOneChoice, it gives the result but demand has become very slow. Means almost 20 sec just choose the JPY in drop-down list.
  For this, I just created VO, VO Readonly in model and LOV. Used when I dropped the datacontrol on the page.

  what I have to do is, when the user select positive of selectOneChoice all the positive radiobutton in the adfTable must be selected and the same for negative also.

  

  I can get the value of the selectOneChoice in the bean using valueChangeEvent.

  But I need assistance in the selection of all positive values in adfTable using the selectOneChoice value.

  Reference would be useful.

  University Complutense of MADRID, I created a custom text metadata field.  I then activated optlist this area.  I fill the optList values, I use a view.  The view has three columns.  Let us call their ID, Key, Value.  OptList shows keys in its list.  I then create content (Content ID: MyContent) Webcenter content and choose the OptList values for my new field of metadata (MyField).

  WebCenter portal, I'm filling a selectOneChoice with MyField values in the content ID: MyContent.  Remember the previous step, the values entered in selectOneChoice lists them selected values from the field MyField optList.  The optList is filled from view.  After the user selects a value in selectOneChoice, in Javascript, I need to alert a message in this format "selected value - matching value from the view of the optList that fills MyField.

  When I check on the length it does not show 'USD' as element selected in the drop-down list where as background it sends USD for application downstream.
  How to get the SelectOneChoice value show that is selected at run time in code?

  Have you abandoned the currencyCode in the data control palette (in which case the selectitems will be generated index as values), if so, to set objective test the index as a default and see if it shows the correct value.

  If you wan to have values rather than indexes, you can use forEach. See this [forum post | http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=938840] for the sample code.
