GetJSObject() returns error 'value is not expected range. "

I'm trying to shoot comments from a document Acrobat XI using VB.

JSO = doc. GetJSObject()

where jso (an object) under 'message' written 'value is not provided. I've recently updated the framework for Microsoft.NET 2.0 to 4.0 and previously used the library Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Type, which has been updated to the 10.0 type library. Somewhere, something no longer works and I know that the document has comments in there because I can see them when I open the document.

The next call is jso.getAnnots () which returns nothing.

Any help is very appreciated.

UPDATE: under the heading message always says being "value is not provided for", but it works. The PDF file must be an archive so that it works.

    I found the solution as well.

    The Windows Server ODBC driver was old (Version 6). I have who has upgraded to SQL Server Native Client 11.0 and everything works fine.

    "There is an internal PR opened with genius for that matter but I see that it has not been updated since last year. Engineering do not have priority in this issue because of the availability of a workaround. (manually change the lowercase S to uppercase) it is unlikely that I'll have an answer to your questions anytime soon. I ask questions to them and tied the case to PR. As soon as I have no information for you, I leave you, you know. I don't expect that it may take some time because a fix for this will have to be coded in a future release. »

    The following workaround may correct the above error message:

    Edit the VMAutoStart.xml (in/etc/vmware/hostd) and look for entries "systemDefault" ("s" tiny) and replace it with SystemDefault (capital "S").

    When I try to install a trial like photoshop cs6 or master collection cs6 product, I get the error "Installer has not initialized. I used Adobe cleaner to remove all products cs6 and tried again, but no luck, same error.

    I opened the log file and find this line:

    I'm having a problem with a Popup LOV in a report updated in table form. When you select value, the popup remains and the value is not returned to the element. I guess that's because the popup does not know which element to fill? I don't know how to fix.

    Looking more closely, I see that you mix display_and_save with popup_from_lov. The p_item_id parameter seems to have no effect on the generated javascript code and I think that javascript doesn't work, but not like you might expect. If you use Firefox with Firebug you can inspect the items and watch what happens when you click on an element of the pop-up window. It is by the way of the return value, but it is stored in the first element of display_and_save line which is a named element f08 hidden. All the items are named f08 in this column as a result of your use of the p_idx = 8. But the javascript code to handle the valve of the popup is generated once and so is assuming that it is zero array position. He uses the name attribute and no id and I suspect that it is followed by the line number in their own country (IE in the popup_lov procedure).

    I don't see how to change the way the javascript code generated here then perhaps another solution is needed. I guess that display_and_save is used here so that you can coordinate the f08 array that is posted, but there is no process here "send" to confirm that this is your intention.

    If you remove the display_and_save and just see the 'reason' the works of popup. If you change the popup to something other than p_idx = 8 it will work also. But now we must find a way to align the line ID is displayed.

    There are several ways to coordinate the shipment but they will in part depend on if you want to display only one line of a popup lov field or several lines. I would like to know where you go and I can help you set up the form and submit processes.

    I am a new user of labVIEW here looking for a way to return false if the value has not yet been written.

    I am using the "select" tool to swap between values early enough in my simulation. However, it requires data that has not happened yet, so I need something that is waiting for the value to write.

    Is it possible to use a while loop to wait until TRUE or FALSE (instead of NULL) has been written and then change the frequency?

    All instances of data in LabVIEW (controls, terminals, constants, shift registers etc.) have a value, there is no concept of NULL.

    A Boolean control, before write you, will be its default value (probably false). A string will be empty (but not NULL, it is always valid). A digital will be zero, a reference is not valid (possibly equivalent to NULL, but this terminology is not used.)

    Can you describe your needs more detail, I don't understand what you need to do.

    If you want to wait for a change in value (Boolean to change true), then survey (read several times) from the Terminal command in a while loop with it connected directly to the terminal of condiitional. Its default value of False will cause the while loop loop continuously until the value is set to True. I would advise to insert a short wait inside the loop so that it hoggig a CPU.

  • Guest user does not return a value

    I have a user prompt dialog box which is a slightly modified version of questioning the standard user to enter VI express. I tried to change the VI so that it would allow the user to close the command prompt by pressing the enter/return key. The final objective is to have the popup dialog, the user will scan a bar code and barcode reader adds a carriage return, automatic closing of the dialog box character.

    The problem that I am running is the string "Item number2" never really returns any value once it's called. The indicator on the front panel of the updated the express vi displays the correct value after you run, but the value is never returned to the VI, who called the dialog box. The express vi the value default value is successfully returned. The only change I made was the addition of the structure of the event, so I have to assume that my code does not go inside this node.

    Any thoughts are appreciated.

  • Task Scheduler could not start. Additional data: error value: 2147943726. What does that mean?

    A scheduled task could not start leaving this message: Task Scheduler could not start '\Fence check Rota' task for the user "Alan Laptop\Alan". Additional data: error value: 2147943726.

    The task ran on the previous 2 nights without problem Action is: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Excel.exe" / r "C:\Users\Alan\Documents\HSC\Fence Check\Fence check Auto Run.xlsm" and there is nothing wrong with it all the files are where they are supposed to be.

    After "the event log online Help" takes me to a page that tells me to convert the code above in a decimal value and search for it on another page. This has error codes in the 0 to 15999 slices. The value I have to 214793726 is obviuosly not an Octal value because it contains the 9 digit and if a decimal value is greater than 15999 and if hexagonal then considerably higher.

    Can someone tell me what is a failure?

    quickist fix (instead of changing long ms.config of microsoft) is:

    in Task Scheduler, click the scheduled task properties > then settings

    in the last option listed:

    "If the task is already running, the following rule shall:

    Select "stop the existing instance" in the drop-down list.

    Save and exist.

    This should fix it.

    I'm working on a machine with Vista Home installed. I have a setup of the task in the Task Scheduler that works very well for a few days, and then is unable to boot with the error value: 2147942402. I then try to delete the task, but receive a window pop up with an error:

    "Support for transactions in the specified file system resource manager is not started or was stopped because of an error".

    Do a search on Google, I found some topics related to the 1st error, perhaps caused by Task Scheduler lose credentials on a reboot of the system. But the second is fooling me. Help?

    I am running Vista 32 bit Business since an administrator account.

    Recently, I noticed that the automatic updates did not install it and returned error 80070005.   After investigation, I found that I could not open mmc at all and always get the message "this function no is not supported on this system.  No major changes have been made to the configuration to trigger it and I can't watch the event log because it is in the MMC.
    I have studied this question in line and tool the following actions, which none worked:
    carried out a complete antivirus scan (I use Commodo internet security)
    created another account administrator
    has run SFC (no problem)
    has run the registry cleaner (no problem)
    has run msconfig.exe and disabled all the startup process
    updated windows right click and run as administrator
    Started in safe mode and tried all above
    After that, I don't know where to go... it doesn't seem to be a download for Windows vista to reinstall mmc.
    I have about 50 updates critical, sitting in my windows update that can not install because of this problem.  Can anyone help?

    Hello Helpmehelpme,

    First, I would check since it is professional Vista was that computer on a field of work or it was already on an area of work? There may be group policies that are in place that prevent to run MMC.

    When did start to happening? Is there anything new on the system which has been introduced into the environment (software, hardware)?

    This thread gives a few steps trying to the original poster that you can't have.
