  I found the material required to achieve a resolution of 1920 x 1200 excessive above 25 fps frame rates in FSX. When you run FS9 on the same hardware, I got more than 300 FPS. Flight Sim X was pretty, but FS9 with all the photo landscape, airport and aircraft add-ons installed was much more pleasant to fly. I just hope if one of their business partners or Microsoft release a new Flight Simulator, frame rates and the use of the multi-core processors are taken into account.

  It seems that the gamepad drivers is not updated for windows 7. Let us know if the gamepad work on other games under Windows 7.

  I have Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (I know, I know) and when I try to run it from a limited account, I get an error stating that I have administrator privileges. Is it possible to replace that or enter my password once? I don't need my children asking me my password every time they want to play. It doesn't seem like it does all what changes the computer, why can't it be used in a user account only limited?
