Ghost styles? Research Jinx?

I have come to the conclusion there is something I don't understand about FM research... by carefully examined .mif copies of existing FM files, I discovered a redundant style.

FM knows that he is there--because recording the relevant .book as .pdf generates a warning about a missing font which is used only in this style - and he admits in the paragraph catalog:

tagInCatalog.png

However, FM style consistently denies exists if I search the paragraph tag (virtuously audit body pages, masters and pages the pages of reference) in the affected files.

tagInSearch.png

Find a tag paragraph means "find the paragraph tag as long as it is applied to a text? That would be quite restrictive.

Maybe you need something is added to the choices of research available, but I prefer to call to find the paragraph tag text find with a specific paragraph tag, which seems to me essential.

To remove the Ghost in Fm11 tag, try to use the options in your paragraph catalog to view or remove unused tags.

  • How do I switch back to the previous user interface style

    Is it possible to restore the v31 pre user interface style? Why the user interface has been changed in the first place? The user interface was the area with the least amount of questions, especially when it comes to style and colors. I'd rather see Mozilla devs allowing multiple clients sharing the same locally stored in structure of the mailbox that waste their time on evolving user interface.
    So, is it possible to get back to how it looked like before rather than having everything be gray and dark blue battleship? It's especially annoying when creating new emails. The header section is all gray offering much less contrast and with weak lines, there is barely any spacing between header lines. It is totally against what produced the 30 years of UX research.

  • Ghosting of the graphical zoom rectangle

    Hello

    using the 'zoom rectangle' style I saw ghost partial images of rectangles - it is even possible to 'paint' with these fragments of line, see the attached screenshot. It happens on both Win XP and Win 7 (CVI2010).

    Hey Wolfgang,.

    This happens is because when the zoom selection box looms, part of the box is drawn on the text box control. Then between frames, the text box is moved. Then the algorithm for the selection box clears the current selection box and is inspired by the new selection box. The problem comes because now the part of the area of selection who took control of text box moved. If the box selection algorithm tries to clear a line in the wrong place and so are not erased.

    Unfortunately, while this is a bug, we do have many options for a better way to do it. We will look at ways to improve our algorithm for area of selection, but the algorithm is designed to avoid redraw them the chart as much as possible to improve performance. We'll see what we can do and you can follow it with known problem ID 337950.

    The short of it is, avoid moving the controls through the graph when you use a zoom selection box.

    Hello

    I wrote a simple example application to show how to create an application that consumes a twitter feed and display JSON content crawled in a standard list view.

    First create a new project named 'Twitter', by selecting file-> New-> BlackBerry Cascades C++ Project, and then choose the option "Empty project" Standard.

    We will start by creating a class called TwitterRequest responsible for the download and let us know through the slots and signals that the twitter JSON data is available. This class must be placed in your src/folder of the project

    This is a simple page with a ListView with standard components, indicating the date and the content of the tweet. As you can see, immediately after that page is created a call is made in the c++ code by using the context property 'cs' set in the constructor for the App to retrieve the latest tweets of the usernamed "ladygaga". To learn more about the call c ++ QML here https://bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/cascades/documentation/ui/integrating_cpp_qml/index.html

    Finally, this linking is the App class. It uses slot machines to handle the "full" signal generated by the class TwitterRequest when data are available, analyzes the data in a model of GroupData and fills the ListView with the recovered data.

  • RoboHelp 2015: remove police any instance of a style attribute

    I work with a fairly old help file, imported from (I think) Robohelp 7. All pages are surmounted by a banner that uses the "title 1". I need to change the colors of "title 1" to match a corporate strategy. "" I've updated the corresponding CSS file. I have updated all pages to make sure that they reference the CSS file. On the pages I wrote since I've started work on the task, the new colors are applied as I hope - although at the time of the design, with a strange pattern of diagonal lines on the background color.

    The problem is with the old pages. While they also use the "title 1", they seem to have an attribute of police placed on top of the embedded style. This means that they do not inherit the white characters in my new style, they remain black, which makes it unreadable against my new background color. If I right click on an affected position, I can 'delete attribute' and the text in black become white as directed by the CSS. However, there are far too many pages thus affected to speak at all.

    Is there a way to delete all the attributes of police what whether having the style "heading 1"?

    Research includes a function starts with and ends with. You must be careful with it to return first.

  • Switch a paragraph to another Style?

    I did a lot of research on this and I can only find versions more complex of what I'm trying to do.

    I just need to find all the text in the document with an applied paragraph style and change to another existing paragraph style. I did a bunch of different ways of trial and error and I am even not approach. Looks like it should be pretty easy.

    Please, keep in mind that the first paragraph of style cannot be deleted from the document, there need to stay in my model.

    Any suggestions? It would be a great help.

    Thank you!

    app.findTextPreferences.appliedParagraphStyle = pStyle1;

    app.changeTextPreferences.appliedParagraphStyle = pStyle2;

    app.activeDocument.changeText ();

    Selectors Oracle documentation, I found that the drag - Ghost pseudo selector is available.

    I tried to place the selector for panelDashboard and after a, but none of those seemed to work.

    What I'm doing wrong here?

    If I dig in HTML,

    A class AFBlockingGlassPane contains the DragContent with tons of CSS.

    I came across a similar post trying to style ghost drag image for drag and drop.

    But there is still no answer.

    Can some please indicate the right way to do this?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Abby.

    I found the solution, selectors work directly.

    But we need the skin individually for each agent.

    {AF | panelBox.Class:Drag - ghost}

    CSS here

    It does not accept even though all the CSS attributes. for example: Ghost of carousel of drag, edge does not work for me.

    I hope this will be useful for someone else as well.

  • Why several ghostly images when I play the video in the timeline?

    I'm new to Speedgrade and I understand how it is powerful - but I think it's completely intuitive compared to After Effects or first or even PhotoShop.

    I loaded a test clip (30 p ProRes) and when I try and play and watch on the configuration of the monitor I get four ghostly images of the shooting.

    I'm not using an external monitor as I am shaken upward in a hotel room working on a MacBook Pro.

    In order to speed (ironic, huh) I'll probably make the colors work in After Effects, but if someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

    Forgive me if this info is already posted on the forum - I tried search but he came up to the top with a white and a large number of tutorials.

    Don't not seen this... but it would be good to get a few things to help you. SpeedGrade is a program unique, but it's actually quite simple to use once you begin to understand the controls and what they do, which is often a little different from what is a noob expected... as when I started with him, I have found certainly!

    First of all, it is more demanding of hardware damage even... If the Sg doesn't like your platform, it will simply go crazy doing nothing. He won't give you small problems like stammering, he'll do great things that obviously does not work. So... that's just MbPro got for the video/graphics card? And how much RAM? Computers that use the graphical features embedded very rarely work well with SpeedGrade. Under 8GB RAM... don't even think on this subject. You MIGHT be able to live with 6 GB of RAM, as some people have claimed that they did... but this isn't a nice job... slowing.

    Following... is this a project of SpeedGrade 'native mode', where you open SpeedGrade and a new project, and then make a timeline it in SpeedGrade, or a draft Premiere Pro sent to Sg by using the command "live from SpeedGrade?

    Initially, I found Sg so impossible, that I used Ae a little myself. Now... I was not to AE for a long time, except to say fight against noise or create a sequence of reading can do a LUT of her.

    First step to a colorist or the marshalling of the app is neutralize your videos... Making it NOT enough. It's a different passage home and down the road. In this step, I don't even look at the picture very much... I'll have the RGB Parade, Luma and YUV Vectorscope 'up' signal and watch, particularly the parade & wave. I select the slider controls (in color wheels) and unlock all the controls I use (the small icons of lock). I'll adjust individual controls in color on the section Offset (left set of sliders) to match the bottom of their footsteps a little over 2 or more, I will look to see if it's ok or should it perhaps a little lighter with this image. The switch for the Gain sliders (right) and set them to basically same heights for the scope of the parade, with their vivid the two lower at 100 and research appropriate for the image. It is sometimes as low as in the 1960s, sometimes as high as 99.

    Next is to use the Gamma sliders (in the middle) to correspond mainly to the parade & - waveform traces... all easily identifiable 'forms' in the mid tones I will align with each other.

    The foregoing leads me what... 20 seconds? May 30 at the most.

    Then I switch back to the color wheels and compare the images with my eyeballs and the vectorscope... How is the saturation and... How is the balance of color/tint and the proportions compared to what I'm used to seeing on the field and the monitor? At this point, I'll do a bit of tweaking of the Gamma & Gain color wheels and luminance sliders, perhaps use contrast, temperature, magenta or rotate the cursors in the cursor above group wheels. This neutralizes things pretty well.

    Can do... Nice... or better. JUST looking at a picture's contrast, luma (lamps or dark) or chroma (color)... where's the good contrast, where... not very good? You can have too little contrast color (saturation) in the midrange, but perhaps too in the brights... or your shadows can all tend to block upward around 5-20, when you need to go up a little higher. This is where the tabs above the wheels of color shine... This example:

    The tab made highlights chosen... No, you have still three wheels, each with (vertical slider) luma and chroma controls (wheel)? They overlap, and in order to play a bit with a ramp is great. A "ramp" is a tonal graphic staircase from black to gray in several stages, make an and import... then play around with the settings and see what effect each has... where on the ramp.

    Here, on the tab highlights... the rightmost is very bright pixels in the clip, with overlaps down the scale a little. Controlling the environment moves mainly on the third median of this, the upper third of the image around... with some effect in the poorest and brightest pixels in this part of the scale. The right control is the bottom of the upper third... usually used to help blend in the midrange. Also... See the control 'grayed out '? Set that say gray color and pixels that you change will be in color, the rest of the shaded image. You can see directly what you change.

    So... as you have three basic commands, Offset, Gain and Gamma, and three controls each for shadows, average and clear tones, you have a LOT of very refined tweaking you can do. Also... Note the vertical slider to the left Luma control for the facts tab highlights? In text turned on its side, it says mph... who is the pivot of control that defines WHERE on the scale of the end of the midrange and treble begins... you can move upwards or downwards. Among the witnesses of midtones, you have sliders on both sides, one for the breakpoint of shadows/Mids, one for the breakpoint Mids/facts highlights. Shadows tab has a pivot for the shadows/shades breakpoint.

    It affects all the cool things you can do with the secondary and masks and other... but it's long enough for now!
