  Please follow the steps below according to your operating system.

  Windows: -.

  • Navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge Cs6
  • Rename the folder Cache Cache.Old

  MAC: -.

  • Exit the bridge
  • Go to the library to the user: (~/Library indicates your user library. Hold down the option key and click on the "Go" menu in the Finder bar. The option key will reveal your user library.)
  • then navigate to user (your user name) / library / caches / Adobe / Bridge Cs6. here are a plug-in and and folder called cache.
  • Put the two items in the Recycle Bin and restart Bridge. Deleted files will be replaced by new and empty files.

• Site tested very well, but the questions now he went 'live '.

  OK, so I finally finished a site for a friend, and it tested fine - everything worked when I handed him the working folder.

  But, now that he has downloaded on his ftp, it is 1.) an image that does not load in a slideshow and 2.) the video does not load (the jpg door-place UI placed above the flv container does not even load).

  With regard to the .jpg in space booked you... What is it?, why use it? and where in your embed code you even ask to be displayed?

  If you are trying to display in browsers without the Flash plugin... it's anywhere in your code. Instead, it's what's there:

  To check that your self, not to turn off your Flash Player... go into the menu of your Web browser... Tools/Manage Add ons or just Add ons... According to the browser... disable the update Shockwave Flash Player (add-on) to your page... Flash is not displayed, but the image of Adobe and the message will be.

  Therefore, if you try to view a content for viewers not Flash, replace the content in

  with your content... your image of space reserved or other.

  But just by using a simple image and the message 'download Flash here' is a HUGE waste of time... most of the viewers will not download Flash just because you tell them to.

  Use rather than "alternative content" for descriptive paragraphs about your business. That your site is now, almost ALL of your content is completely invisible to the search engines.

  Export to DNG will always export a unretouched photo non-modified. Your changes are in the XMP of DNG file as text, and most of the viewers of DNG files cannot interpret or use this text. So, it seems that when you export photos in DNG, Lightroom has done what it is supposed to do.

  I have a Sony Vaio laptop connected to a stand alone monitor. I don't use the laptop screen unless there is a problem and then I had to alternate between the two screens using Fn F7 key.

  A problem has occurred with the rundll32 process (which I'm trying to fix separately) and this led to the PC automatically flicking between screens and then stick with the independent monitor but in low resolution (so I couldn't access the tool bar along the bottom).

  I went to control panel to change the resolution to high, but the question of rundll32 kept close the process.

  This left me with icons on the desktop of the monitor stand alone, a white color on the laptop screen (it is normally black) and the ease of Fn F7 does not (said the service is not available).

  When I click on Control Panel on the screen of stand alone, it opens on the screen of the laptop, but I can't access it because the function of the mouse is on the screen to stand alone.

  I seem to have solved the problem. It seems that display order has been reversed and so I just had to move the mouse to the right of the screen to stand alone (I had been pushing against the left hand side) to move on the screen of the laptop. From there on, I played a bit with the display settings in the control panel and, although the issue of the always kept dllrun32 throw me out, seems to be back on the screen of stand-alone only, with the correct resolution and the Fn f7 works again. This means I can put the top back on bottle of vodka, at least until the next issue of dllrun32 arises.

  I had a long discussion with a Support Agent and finally solved my problem in activating my root user... after a lot of trial and error/attemtpts. Here is my summary just fyi, I hope this works for you also.

  I'm on MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.5.

  1. They had me first go to ~/Library/Applications support/Adobe/OOBE and delete the file 'opm.db '... Creative cloud question remained.
  2. Then they asked me to go to support/Adobe ~/Library/Applications and rename the files "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE"... and go to the library/application support/Adobe (note this is a different path) and remane the files "AAMupdater" and "AAMupadaterInventory"... question remained.
  3. They had me also go to my Netwrok Prefrences, Proxy server to configure, and enusre all boxes are unchecked and "use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)" also unchecked... did not help, the question remained.
  4. Of course they had me uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application, which I did (Applications > utilities > Adobe installer and run the "uninstall Creative Cloud")... but the question remianed.
  5. Finally, they had me to visit this page on the Apple support page, http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and activated the user root for OS X Lion.
     1. After allowing the root user (and create a new password for it), I rebooted my Mac
     2. Saved in my Mac once as 'root' and connected to Adobe Creative Cloud using my usual Adobe user/email name and password.
     3. Go to the 'Applications' tab, and it worked perfectly!
     4. I disconnected the root on my Mac, then that reconnected me.
     5. Launched the creative application of Cloud, connected and went to 'Apps'... works great!

  No, because the limiting factor is the computer is USB 2.0, which is how it connects any external drive apart the external drive. As USB 2.0 is much slower, there is no real advantage to a 7200 RPM drive. What you need is a Firewire enclosure that supports FW800 which is much faster than USB 2.0.

  Your model is eligible? You can install El Capitan now. There is no disk installer for use with OS X since the release of Snow Leopard. Why do you believe that El Capitan will bring your computer to a crawl, but the Mavericks will not?

  If I were you I would stick with Snow Leopard, because it is more suitable for your old hardware. Note that Snow Leopard is needed in order to upgrade to Lion or later version.
