  Well, there are always exceptions to every rule. Same rules of thumb.

  Indeed, we have seen other report that they are working on a LAN with aplomb, and I have never had a problem. In fact, they are the most difficult help. They report a problem. • Keys on my keyboard don't work

  Some of the keys on my laptop don't work. I did the apple hardware test and could not find anything wrong with it.
