  You can uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials from Add / Remove Programs. Then try to install the updates.

  Probably not. Certainly not spec'd to work with Windows 10, as 'eLS 2.0' is quite old now and well before the 10 Windows.

  The latest version of eLS is version 6.1, and even programs included with this sequel released before 10 Windows.

  In fact, it looks that they have completely abandoned support for any version of eLS. The post on this forum just before this one, I pointed the user to eLS download page. It controls today, it redirects to the Adobe Captivate page.

  While you might have some programs in eLS 2.0 to work on Windows 10, so he is certainly a risk.

  Flash, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver can work very well under Windows 10 32-bit, but I'm pretty sure that you will have problems with Captivate 4 and presenter.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  I already have the suite Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium 5.5, but I realized that I need now to Dreamweaver.  I would also like that Captivate (not available in other suites) and it seems that I can spend my current as a result ' Adobe eLearning Suite 2.5 "for $399, which has two programs and sounds reasonable to me.  This e-Learning as a result already many programs of my suite ProPro.   That will be a problem for the installation when I buy online or he knows just that I already have the version of Photoshop, Acrobat X etc already installed.   Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I don't know how these two suites interacting.

  Here's the answer to add to the knowledge base on this group.

  I have bought/downloaded the eLearning Suite 2.5 and tried to install it.   Of course, he asked first for the suite serial # that has worked, but then he asked a serial number of a valid upgrade product.  We had to select a product in the list but the Creative Suite Production Premium 5.5 was not in the list and my serial of it n did not work when entered with any other product.

  Curiously, I bought Photoshop CS2 separately a long time ago, and this serial number has been recognized as the product of leveling during installation.  I did not go through with this facility as a result of these new policies imminent update "return 1", so I called Adobe and they gave me a new serial number for the e-Learning suite and didn't need a number of secondary upgrade.  8-)

  As the title says, I'm new to eLearning Suite 2.5 but I have a few years under my belt with Dreamweaver and Flash.

  My goal is to produce a simple, 3-lesson courses SCORM compliant and I'm not sure how to start the technical side real production (I already have Storyboard, etc), where the statements/questions below.

  1. I think I start by creating the main content page and 3 lessons individually in Captivate (using whatever sources, I create either in Flash, Powerpoint etc., Captivate,.).
  2. Can I connect them in a course using the Adobe Multi OCS package 2.
  3. Finally, I download the package on my LMS.

  These assumptions are correct?

  Where Dreamweaver would be with its models of eLearning and interactions CourseBuilder come in?

  I guess I need an explanation step by step and I am more than willing to buy a book or read through a Web site that describes the entire process from end to end, if they exist. I could not find the tutorials that show things new in Captivate 5.5, etc..

  In my opinion, Yes, Dreamweaver is the web (or e-Learning courses) development using HTML. CSS, JavaScript and other associates of scripting languages.  There is no compiler for ActionScript as Flash, so it is not much use writing AS code here.

  If you want to get into HTML5, then Dreamweaver will be very helpful.

  However, in several years of development e-Learning now, I found Captivate and Flash are pretty close, I need.

I took a laptop, wiped the drive, installed Windows 7 x 64 charges and reinstalled Adobe eLearning 6.1.  Apply all patches to Adobe eLearning 6.1.  Hearing stops with a message "license cannot be validated" and the program stops and Photoshop CS6 fair takes place for 10 seconds and closes without any error.  The software will work well if I disable the software and use it as a trial.

  Yes, if you haven't already done so, contact Support. I did this in the past, when the machines were recreated or otherwise put out of service, and they were very helpful with these resets.
