Good and easy to manage (and maybe free) with the digitizer pen drawing programs?

Hey people!

I'm kinda a newcomer as a user of Tablet and was hoping to get some advice from you on drawing programs. I mean, by drawing sketches more or less. Does anyone know a good and easy to use program which is perhaps too free? Perhaps you also have experiences to share about drawing on a Tablet?

I used Google SketchUp and robust and they were both free.  Both work very well to draw, etc.
