My computer is a standard industry individually self-made with more than 3 terabytes of HARD disk space and 16 GB of RAM with 2 x 4600 Nvidia Quadro graphics for design work specific cards and running windows 7 Professional and an evaluation copy of windows 8, so I don't have a system of traffic on the specifications indicated the installation was fast, but I'm stuck with the invalid number serial number.

  In this case I'd

  1) contact your Academy and see if they have updated their online courses to allow download of the CS6 extended to the time your semester begins and

  (2) contact the Customer Service of Adobe Education Store to see if you have met the requirements for obtaining the license CS5.5 after a certain date in the past, but before the release of the CS6.  You see that it is a certain window you must fall into. If you obtained the license too far in the past so it is not valid for the CS6 but your school should do rentals for you if they expect you to complete the course work.

  You need a copy of Windows 7 for each machine. You cannot use the
  copy the same for both machines. But if you bought two copies, you can use
  one of them for each machine.

  Need you minimum Photoshop CS6 & Camera Raw version 8.3 use of Nikon 610 RAW files.

  However, if you cannot upgrade to Adobe Photoshop CS6, then you can use the DNG Converter to convert your images to DNG and use it with Photoshop CS5

  Your device requires at least Camera Raw 8.7. Photoshop CS5 cannot deal with this version. You will need to download and use the free DNG Converter to create DNG copies that you can work with Photoshop CS5.
