  Hello

  I was not able to open Google Chrome for a few days.  I tried to uninstall the program, so I could always install thinking that would solve the question, but I'm not able to uninstall.  Finally, I realized that I was not able to open Chrome since the last round of updates to Microsoft Windows on May 23, 2015. So, I tried to uninstall all 6 updates (not knowing who has the problem), but have only managed to uninstall 2 of them - KB3035583 and KB3046480. I am now able to open Chrome... yay!

  I now want to know is

  (1) what are the 2 updates above?

  (2) are 'important '?

  (3) do I reinstall and do not have Chrome work?

  (4) how do I update/uninstall and reinstall Chrome?

  Hey everybody. Usually, I use Google Chrome as my brower so I downloaded Chrome on my new laptop to Windows 8 HP Pavilion g6. Chrome worked for a weekend and then it doesn't even start now. I check the Task Manager and it says that it is running, but I don't know why it does not work actually. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

  This means that you open Google Chrome, and you cannot delete an application that is in use. To close it, go to-> force quit menu Apple, choose 'Google Chrome' and close it.

  If Google Chrome does not appear here, open the activity (in/Applications/Utilities) monitor and look for for Google Chrome.

The window will close on but when I reopen it the program hangs and I have to force quit to run again.  I seems that you can go to settings and click on advanced options and under the system section to find the setting to disable chrome to run in the background.  However, when I get to the system section I don't have this option.  Anyone know how to make sure when I close off Chrome it actually stops and does not run in the background?

  2. Open Safari and see if the problem returns.
     • If the issue is returned, you have identified the add-on causing the problem. Do not use or contact its manufacturer for an updated version.
     • If the question does not return, quit Safari and put back another file.

• Just changed from Groupwise to Google Chrome w/gmail, how can I get my documents to print to the post office?

  Normally I can do a right-click on a document and choose print, one of my printers is set up to create an electronic document.  Now that we have changed from one mail to another system it stills revealed the old e-mail system, "Groupwise".  How do I know what called the printer to display the e-mail system, I had to, "Gmail/Google + Chrome"?  Is no longer, we use Internet Exployer.

  Google is not an "electronic mail system. What you're talking about is a webmail interface displayed in a browser, in your case of Chrome. GroupWise apparently you provided a printer driver which converted a document to an internal document to Groupwise. What you want won't work.

  I just picked up one of Groupon, eventually the post office today.  I couldn't wait to turn on a play with it, but to my surprise I am met with a screen that says "Google Chrome OS is missing or damaged.  I tried a recovery after the instuctions on the help page of Google Chrome OS, but I can't seem to do anything.  I rebooted, removed the battery, put in the recovery disk... nothing seems to move.  In my search for a solution, I came across a YouTube by Acer on the removal of the Panel to disconnect and reconect a wire on the inside that will fix the problem... but I am skeptical to do this, because this requires to remove a sticker that says that the warranty will be void.  Even if the video claims it won't.  Suggestions?

  You may have just install Google Chrome on Vista, but it will crash if your machine has the Cyberlink Youcam software anyway. Try different browser such as Firefox or use an earlier version of Internet Explorer.
