  Your KP was probably caused by one of two things. First is the application which uses net.telestream.driver.TelestreamAudio 1.1.1 is probably outdated or just not compatible with OS X 10.11.5.

  Then is your machine has an antivirus installed application, it is at best unnecessary and at worst source of immediate or future concern. OS X requires NO cleaning, anti-virus, or ANY third-party maintenance type utilitiy. Looking for instructions to developers for uninstall and uninstall it immediately.

  I use a mini iPad.

  I have a number of applications that have been purchased or downloaded free of charge using what is now a defunct username.

  I have to remove the apps and download them under my new username.

  I don't see why, that does not work, but try this. Settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage > storage management. Let the list of load applications. Find Google Earth. Touch it and delete it in the next screen.

  Looks like it would be wise to reinstall Chrome, as it may not be updated when you updated to Sierra.
