Google docs has suddenly said there is a cookie issue. Worked well until recent days.

He said to ensure that cookies are enabled. And I went to authorized privacy of websites to follow me. It still does not work. Then he said that maybe I need to clear my cache and cookies. There is no Info for Firefox versions past 3.5, so I have no idea what to do now. If something can be done. Google Docs still works fine in Chrome.

To display all parameters of the history and cookies, use:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will be: "use the custom settings for history".
  • Press F10, or press the Alt key to bring up the 'Menu Bar' temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
  • Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "tools > Options" If the menu bar is hidden.
