  Yes, you can as long as you understand that you will lose everything that is currently on the phone.

  (1) settings > General > reset > erase content and settings

  That will make the iPhone as new.  Then, during the installation process it again once will ask you if you want to restore from an existing backup.  You can then restore the scheduled backup.

But while all the disks were taken out and closed all applications I uninstalled Acrobat Pro using the application in the folder Acrobat Pro.   As you can already read in your crash report - the crash has little to do with Photoshop and everything to do with your Nik/Google SelectiveTool plugin.

  Disable this plugin and contact Nik/Google for an update that fixes bugs in this plugin.

  I don't know what you mean by redo. If you want to restore from a more recent backup, you can do so, providing that you have a more recent backup.

  Unfortunately, this is probably what you're going to do, buy another copy of Windows (or another computer).  When Windows comes pre-installed on a computer, the Windows installation is allowed on this computer and cannot be moved to another.  In order to have a component to show up and say: "it is the computer that I came!", this component is the motherboard.  Now that yours has been replaced, the Windows license that came with the old motherboard is zero and cannot be used any longer.
