As answered by tray, your data source SOALocalTxDataSource on weblogic console is in a suspended state.

Connect to the weblogic console. go to--> SOALocalTxDataSource-->--> resume tab control click on sources of data and try again.

Method 1:

You can also try to give permission for the two above mentioned registry keys. Check for multiple entries, registry keys, and give permission to all keys.

a. click Start, type regedit in the search box and press on ENTER.

b. click on edit and select find and type the copy and paste the registry key: {837EE547-6D3B-7124-817B-A0DDC38CDA99} and click Next.

c. right-click on the key component and select permission.

d. click Add, type everyone and click ok.

e. Select group or the user name one by one and check the complete control of the area for all.

f. click apply, click Ok.

g. check for multiple entries for the key. If one is present, then repeat the steps above to give perimmision to all keys.

Note: You must give permission to the {182C2188-3F15-CE6C-1FC2-23A0CB4637D1} key by following the steps mentioned above.

h. restart the computer and check.

After installation of Windows 7 Service Pack 1, the system restarts, and before windows comes up the registry is updated. I get an error C000009A 128115 of 387921 enforcement update (/ registry)... error that prevents the system to reboot. Is it possible to get the system to reboot and complete the installation of the service pack. The only way that I was able to work around this error is to restore from the system restore point before the service pack, but I want to apply the SP1 if possible. ????

Windows 7 is not bootable. Safe mode Windows 7 was not bootable, - stop at classpnp.sys. I used the line of command of the rescue disk and Linux (!) to fix it. And then little important reading / advice on this forum.

I recently bought a DVD of Windows 8.1 and when I try to update my Windows 7 to Windows 8.1, I get error "your computer hardware must be upgraded. I have Dell Inspiron N5110 notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit Service Pack 1. The laptop is running on Dell BIOS A09. I did a google search for this error and found that I need to update my BIOS to version, but most of the reviews in said Internet Dell BIOS A11 running 'black screen' after being upgraded to Windows 8 or 8.1. How can I solve this problem to upgrade my laptop for Windows 8.1? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Also before you upgrade do a backup of Windows 7 Image just in case the issue of the "black screen" is not resolved. The Image will allow you to restore Windows 7.

Error during the handling of XML column stored as a CLOB

In the Version of SQL Developer 4.0.0.13, build HAND - 13.80, I am unable to view the result of a manipulation of a column of a table that is stored as a CLOB xmltype. The SQL below illustrates this:

This seems to happen for any operation of XML that returns an XMLTYPE: EXTRACT, UPDATEXML, INSERTCHILDXML, etc.

I discovered a difference in results with the construction and to debug (without frame) and generate and debug with the revisions of Web or server of determinations when calculating the days in leap years.

Thanks for that - and it seems that in the Netherlands DST began March 30, 2008, that is, as far as I know, the trigger for this error.

I have reproduced the issue against 10.1 using the period from 1st October 2010 to 30 October 2010, which contains the date this summer time began in Australia.

Regarding the ways to work around the problem, I can offer 3:

* wait 10.2 - it is in beta at the moment (but given your opening remarks, may not be an option for you)
* set your locale of the server to that which has no DST
* work around the issue in the rules:

First of all, the question is that the retail version fails because it does not realize that one of these days is shorter than the standard 24 hours.

The trick is to replace the DayDifference function with the HourDifference function and round up the number of days.

Thus given a rule that looks like:

result = DayDifference (date one, date two)

It can be rewritten in the form:

The result = round (HourDifference (one at 00:00:00, date two to 00:00:00) / 24, 0)

* the "at 00:00:00 ' is necessary because HourDifference works on dates/hours, not dates.
